Hardcore Rotation Checkin Thursday May 12

Hi everyone - This morning was Slow & Heavy Shoulders and cardio portions of HST and HSC modifying some of the higher impact moves on the rebounder. I feel fat.....I've been eating a lot.....cuz I've been hungry. The scale is not my friend.

I really don't have much to report today. I just wasn't in the mood for anything today (not like me at all). So, I did PLB and GSL floorwork. That's it.
I've got plans tonight, so I wont be able to make up for my crummy w/o this morning. My social life gets in the way ALL the darn time.
But that's ok.:)

Hi Everyone ~

MM for me again today. I missed yesterday (family obligations). I'm having an off week w/ this neck and back stiffness from my tumble down the stairs (was really more like a freefall on my back to the bottom!). But the soreness is finally beginning to work itself out.

Today was I Max2, Core Max balanced core, & Tough core,Stretch Max #1
I am having a hard time feeling motivated on starting a regular rotation. I am thinking of trying Cathe's rotation next week.

Susan I can totally relate! I don't know if it is the wheather or what?? I did GS shoulders and BB timesaver shoulders this afternoon, and I am trying to talk myself into doing Imax 3 step premix or a nice hot BATH!!

Lora you and me together. I am hungry ALL the time for things like sour patch kids??? and candy bars LOL (I cave for the sour patch kids because............ It's good for me.......... makes me drink lots of water ha ha.

Kim I happy you are okay, and able to do your workouts!

Diane Sue you are making me tired just seeing what you have done today!!:7 It motivates me to get my butt going and go do some CARDIO!!

Sounds like we're all in a "slump" this week.(?)

Diane Sue, I've been toying around with starting the May rotation next week, too. BUT... I really like the pace that a video sets for me. I may go back to the April rotation and since I now have PUB & PLB maybe I'll throw them into the mix. What do you think?

My guardian angel must have prevented me from breaking my neck! I think she helped me "fly" down the stairs but she needs to work on her "landing"! I attribute my good fortune to God's grace and the healthy, strong body He's given me! Thanks for caring, you guys...
