Hardcore Rotation Checkin Sunday May 8

Good Morning Everyone,

Today was Triceps and Legs & Glutes. Dude - What a freakin' leg workout that was. I was intimidated by it when I previewed it and rightfully so!! I hope I can walk tomorrow. I also did my 20 minute Kundalini Yoga routine.

I'm still fighting this stupid stomach flu. I can sometimes have them for up to a month, so I guess I have another couple of weeks to go.

Have great workouts everyone and wonderful Sundays. I'm off to soak in my Lush tub and read my fitness magazine.
 
Hello Everyone and HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!:D

Today is my rest day, but yesterday I did GS triceps with SS/PP triceps as well then I went on to ride my airdyne for 30 minutes. (I have a LOVE/HATE relationship with that bike}(

I was going to do push/pull premix on MuscleMax but will take a rest day instead because I had to (again) do ShowingthehousecleaningMax.
