Hardcore Rotation Checkin Sunday June 12

Good Morning Everyone -
This morning I did LowMax and Coremax 3. I also did my 20 minute AM Kundalini Yoga routine. I had difficulty getting my intensity up with my foot being inujured. It seems as if the pain is more concentrated in one spot and I can now tell where the pain originates from. I guess it's healing slowly. I think I must have pulled a ligament or tendon or a couple of them.

Hello Everyone,
Today I am going to do PS Triceps and then 30-45 min. of cardio :) Then I am going to take the kids to the pool. Hope it does not rain!!

Yes, I had my foot x-rayed at work the other day (I work at a hospital) and it was negative for fracture. I'm seeing my doctor on the 20th of this month. He said to baby it and that I probably pulled or strained something in it. It's just going to take a while to heal.
