Hardcore Rotation Checkin Sunday July 17

Morning Everyone,

This morning I did Cardio & Weights with a little extra cardio added on. I would have liked to do a longer stretch, but I didn't want to spend 20 minutes on Stretchmax. One of the reasons I ordered the new DVD's is for the 10 minute stretch segments and 2 of them are on the ball (one of my favorite stretches).

I'm bummed cuz I had to go buy a size larger jeans yesterday. I don't know what's going on. I only gained a few pounds, but it's all in my stomach, butt and thighs. I've been eating as cleanly as I can, mostly salads with low fat dressing and low fat cheese and yogurt....watching my carb intake and sweets, chocolate, etc., and over the last 2 months, I've been working out for about 1.5 hours per day. What the heck is going on with me? This is so not cool!! I've gotta lose this before my vacation at the end of August, as I always gain a few pounds on vacation. Sorry for rambling. I've gotta be at work tomorrow at 6:00 am cuz I'm having more dental work done (2 hour appt after work) tomorrow...yuk!

Looks like just the 2 of us so far:D Sorry to hear about your jeans. I don't know what to say about your weight gain, but do you think you are working to hard?? I have read over the years when people change up there routines that they are surprised to see results when they lowered the intensity??? Go check out VF and see. Maybe try doing a SS rotation with some of Cathe cardio imbetween. Just I thought........ Take care and Good Luck!!

I just got done with Hardcore Extreme hi/low and boy do I feel I a million bucks:D (yesterday got busy with kids so I took my rest day a day early :7

Next week I am in my last week of Aug 04 rotation. I am once again shopping for a rotation. Thinking about really focusing on WTS.
