Morning Everyone -
This morning I did Imax 1 w/u followed by the 2nd 5 intervals, most of CardioKicks (skipping w/u and stopping before stretch- and I did most of it on the rebounder)and then 15 minutes on the Eliptical. I then did the CardioKicks stretch and Coremax Segment 3. I also did my 20 minute Kundalini Yoga routine. I'm fried........and off to soak in my Epsom Salt and Hot Toddy Lush Bath (mmmm...cinnamon & ginger -- good for sore muscles).
