Morning Ladies -

I did GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps, as well as 35 minutes of Step Blast with a double stretch at the end. I also did 20 minutes of Kundalini Yoga. I'm going to go eat breakfast and soak in a nice hot tub with my Lush Ice Hotel. For those of you who never heard of Lush (bath products, etc), check out the website....Lush.com. They have the best bath stuff, as well as hair stuff, lotion and natural deodorants. Just thought I'd turn you ladies on to it since we're all into the "healthy" livestyle. I don't know what I'd do without my weekend Lush soaks. (Oh ....turns out my "mental" problem was just a good old fashioned case of hormones). It always makes me feel better when I find out I'm not really crazy and it was just REALLY PMS.

Hi Everyone,
I had yesterday as a rest day. Today was a planned rest day. I felt so much better today,so I did Maximum Intensity Cardio Hi Lo section for a good warm up and then did Stretch Max #2 with the ball. Then I soaked in the hot tub. Lora thanks for the website they do have some interesting looking products. I love different scented products for my bath. One of my daughters sells Avon so I buy a lot of products from her. I load up on their candles. I am glad to hear that it was just hormones.
