Hardcore Rotation Checkin Saturday May 21

Hi Everyone -

I'm not sure who all is checking in today since a few of you said you don't check in on the weekends, but I thought I'd post anyway. Today was supposed to be my rest day, but I decided to do an active recovery day and do an easy workout. I really need to lose a few pounds, so I can't take a rest day without feeling guilty. I did 10 Minute Solutions Carb Burner for 40 minutes. It's basically broken up into small 10 minute workouts, so I had to fast forward each little workout, but it was a decent workout. My HR stayed at 70-75% and it had a bit of impact in it....a bit much for me taking it easy on my back. I also did StretchMax with the band and my 20 minute AM Kundalini Yoga routine. Have great days and great workouts (or rests).

I did ME today. I swear I did this one on Monday...I'll go back and read what I put on our check in. My notes said MM, but I think that's wrong.
We went out for dinner last night. My DH ordered me a beer before our meals came. I had gone four straight days without a drink! I was proud of myself.
I'm working at getting my fat down a bit this month. Maybe this afternoon I'll go for a short jog.

Well today I am going to GS triceps with a cardio of my choice. I have decided to change things up a bit. Next week I plan on doing.

Mon Imax2
Tue MM
Wed Kickmax or KPC and stretch
Thurs Me or Ph
Friday Imax3 or lowmax
Sat HSC or HSA

Then I plan on moving onto a PS rotation. I found a GREAT rotation doing PS with CTX series here on rotation forum. Looking forward to something different!!
