Morning Everyone,
Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I did an active rest instead. I did a moderately easy aerobics DVD for 40 minutes...Kathy Smith's Project You...Foundation. Then I did 20 minutes of Yoga Flex and Kundalini Yoga.
My back is very stiff today....sort of like how you get a stiff neck, but in my low back. I don't know if I should work my legs tomorrow as planned and if so, maybe I'll just do the deadlifts with light weights.
Have great workouts everyone and a great weekend. I'm off to soak my sore back in the tub.
