Today was my scheduled rest day and for once, I actually only stretched today. I did StretchMax 1 and my 20 minute AM Kundalini Yoga routine. I'm off to soak my sore foot (weary body) in the tub!

My body is sore and I love it. I did Legs&Shoulders and CoreMax yesterday so I'm going to do Step Blast today and stretch. A lot. A soak sounds good too!!! Have a good day all!!

today's my rest day as well. I should have done some stretching, but I didn't. Walking out the door. Maybe I can add it on to tomorrow's workout. I think it's IMAX2 or a run.
Today is a rest day for me too. I think I am still a little tired after the Slow heavy tri's and Bi's and cardio kicks yesterday. LOL! I have to get geared up for IMAX2 tomorrow. Yikes! I can handle the coremax and stretchmax for tomorrow though.
Off to do some more weedmax! I might squeeze something else in later this evening. Have to see how the day goes.

Today I did PS biceps and jumped on my rebounder for 45 minutes. Lora THANKS for the recommendation!! :7 It is a FUN change of cardio!! I can really feel it in my core. Next week I plan to use some of my Cathe's to the rebounder. I can't wait to do MIC. I have never really cared for that workout, but I think I will like it now that I can rebound to it!!
