Morning Everyone,
Happy Monday.........(I hate Mondays)....sorry to be negative, but I live for my weekends. This morning I started the June Rotation and did Gym Style Chest & Back and then since I don't run, I did Kickmax for 30 minutes with the blast challenge part right after the warmup. I find that's the only way my heartrate will stay elevated enough. I used my rebounder for the higher impact moves. I'm beginning to think my foot might have a hairline fracture. It's still pretty swollen and sore and won't ease up. It feels better for a while after I soak it and stay off of it, but I have to walk. Work will make it worse, as I have to walk back and forth from my building to the hospital all day long.
Have great workouts Everyone.
Nicole - I sure hope you like your rebounder. If you're used to doing the impact on the floor, I hope you don't think the rebounder makes it too easy. I'm just not able to do that impact on the floor with my back. Now I'm gonna be nervous that you won't like it. I do love mine though....even more now that my foot is messed up. I can do aerobics on it and it's not putting any pressure on my foot. Did you get the Urban Rebounder? If so, it should come with the instructional DVD and the basic workouts. They're okay......a bit boring but it's a good way to learn proper technique...althought it's really basic common sense....keep your core tight, push down into the mat.....etc.
