Hi everyone,
I didn't do anything yesterday w/o wise. I totally organized my sons bedroom My gosh he had a lot of toys! The only saving grace that made my day, was finding some Easter candy!:9 I know, I know...yesterday was NOT a good eating day for me. I started with French Toast in the morning and went downhill from there.
Today I did CTX Chest and Back. I'm very unfamiliar with this series. I selected Upper Body Split.
For back I did, three sets of bb rows over hand, three sets under hand. I believe 16 reps.
Db rows, one set, pyramid down, 20, 15, 10 pounds.
Quarter dead lifts
Did I do the wrong one?
I followed with CTX kickbox.
