Hardcore Rotation Checkin Monday July 4

Morning Everyone -
Today was my first day of the July rotation. It called for Step, Jump and Pump's Jump and Pump section but since I had time, I did the entire DVD.

I have a question - on the rotation this week, are we supposed to use weight to do the walking lunges?

Hello,
Today I will do Plb and 3O min. of one of my step workouts. Lora if it calls for 200 walking lunges you do it without wts. (Cathe would tell you if you needed wt.) Have FUN doing them}( They are on my do to list on WED. :eek:

I don't know if I'm going to do them, or opt to do parts of a DVD since I have a hard time doing stuff without following a DVD or tape (ADD girl here).
 
Hey put on some motivating music and you go girl!!:7 From what I hear they *ONLY* take 10min. Come on do them, and let me know how it goes??? Like I said they are on my list to do on Wed. I would like to hear from your point of view ha ha.
