Morning Everyone,
This morning I did Kickmax modifying the blast challenge on the rebounder. I always do that segment first also to get my heartrate up for the duration of the workout. I cut the leg drills 5 minutes short cuz I ran out of time. So, I've decided to stick with the Sept rotation for now and I'm adding extra upper body work one day a week, so the upper body will get worked twice a week.
