Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Tuesday October 11

Morning Everyone,

This morning I did Imax 2 and abs from Cardio & Weights. I modified the jumping intervals on the rebounder.

I couldn't sleep again last night. I was up and down all night and now I feel tired. Tomorrow I have to work the early shift, as I have to go to the Dentist again. I'm having a lot of trouble with my new splint and I can't wear it. I'm so frustrated and in so much pain.

Yes, I received the new skirt cover for my rebounder. I haven't put it on yet though.

Have great workouts everyone. I'll try to check in today, but my boss is back today. Yuk!
 
Hello Ladies,

Today I did GS Legs and some unweighted varied lunges. My weights were too light in GSL.

I'm hoping to walk for a half hour on my treadmill tonight since I decided to eat my son's "Pop Tart" this morning (from Nature's Path. They use natural sugars). I can be such a PIG!!!

Sorry you couldn't sleep Lora. I give you tons of credit for still getting up to workout. IMAX2 at that!

I have some work to do this morning but will check back a little later.

Good Morning Ladies!!

Back to work for me today...Gosh, time flies!

This morning I did PLB (Standing leg work only). I'll probably go for a short run at lunch.

Lora - Sorry you are in so much pain. Hope the dentist can make it better.

Dallas - Hope your "funk" was short-lived and that you are feeling better today.

Terri - I can't believe you have snow already...I'm definitely not ready for that yet.

Diane Sue - Take care...hope you can fight off the cold.

Nicole - if you do that rotation, you will definitely have to add Cardio. I know Dallas and I both have done so. Just not quite enough.

Sabrina - Since DH is out of town...that makes for a busy week for you doesn't it? Hope it goes smoothly...

Susan - I've had BFFM for quite some time...it's great reading. Hope you like as much as I do.

Hello Ladies,

Today is S&H bi's and tri's and i will run for an hour on the treadmill adding hills etc. I am sure I will do some abs too :)

Marietta-Here where I live we had about 4 inches. The mountauns and plains got more. People don't realize we can have snow one day and 70 the next soI didn't mind the snow:) Thursday we will be back in the 70's! Isn't it amazing how fast time off goes by? I hope you have a nice day at work

Lora-Isn't imax2 fun? I did that yesterday as well :) I hope you feel better. No sleep and pain are no fun!

Susan-I will be anxious to see how you like BFFM. I would buy it for sure if it wasn't an ebook!

Sabrina-Try not to miss DH too much. I hope you are out of your funk and feeking good.

Dallas-I hope you are out of your funk as well. I was in one for a few days and it's not fun:( Working out always makes me feel better but sometimes we have to push ourselves when we feel like that.

Nicole-Yes we do need to get busy...I keep saying that huh :)

Morning Everyone!

Today I did KM boot camp challenge. I guess I was supposed to do just the w/u and then the blasts, oh well I needed that.}( Then I did GSL barbell and dumbbell work only, HSC abs/stretch. Today's work out was 1 hour and 50 minutes. I had to get the kids off to school after the cardio, so I finished the rest after they got on the bus. Boy. am I hungry! I usually don't eat breakfast this late.

Marietta and Terri ~ I agree, working out does help. I do feel better today. Thanks! Marietta, congrats to your dh in his tournament. I forgot to mention that the other day.

Terri ~ Your weather sounds awesome. How fun to have snow one day and then 70 degrees a few days later.

Lora ~ that's terrible that you're not sleeping. I don't know how you're working out. Be careful.:)

Sabrina ~ How long is dh gone? Yes, you must have your hands full. It's nice to have extra help at night especially with the kids.

Susan ~ How are you feeling? I saw you did GSL too - feel the burn! }(

Nicole ~ So, where are we meeting for that coffee? ha ha!

Diane Sue - Hope you got some sleep last night.

Have to get some errand done today. My son's Halloween party is quickly approaching and me and the other room mom's haven't even met yet! Yikes!

This am. I did KM minus the leg drills (ran out of time) I will do those tonight along with another short workout.(JV)

Dallas I did do 18 min. of CM last night and I am feeling it today. I really need to do CM at least 3 times a week:D

Last night I pulled out one of my Joyce dvds. Dynamic tension ( I used heavier wts, and did like a S&H with it). I did day one of that. It worked my Chest/shoulders/triceps. Tonight I will do day 2 of that dvd. (abs/hips/legs) I think??

Terri it is A OK with me that you have not picked a day. ;) I really WISH I would get bitten by a cleaning bug ha ha.'

Marietta did you get all your housework done yesterday. I really need to get off this computer and get to work ha ha.

Well ladies lets pick a nice sunny place to enjoy our coffee.

Todays workout was I Max2, SS lower blasts, PP calves w/ dumbbell, inner outer thighs with 5 lb ankle weight 3 sets each, & my scheduled PS CST and st.

Dallas, I got a little more sleep last night,but kept waking and looking at the clock. I hate that.

Lora, sorry you didn't sleep well. I hope you can get rid of the pain soon.

Terri and Marietta, my cold is still there but seems mild. I just think lack of sleep made me feel worse yesterday. Terri, I remember all of the snow in your area. I lived there for a couple of years as a child. It is very pretty.
