Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Tuesday Nov 15

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did David Kirsch Sound Mind Sound Body Boot Camp for 45 minutes. I have a departmental meeting at work and have to be there early. I'm running late........gotta run.

Good Morning Ladies!

Today called for Imax 3. The time flew by! On interval 8 during the blasts I actual touched the light on the ceiling. The part with the airjacks! :D However, before I got too excited during blast #10 with the airjacks it didn't happen.:-( Our ceilings are 8ft in the workout room and the light probably comes down 3 1/2 in.. At least I had an exciting moment! ha ha!

Have to go wake up the kids! I'll check back later.

Oh, I found those tops last night! My dh put the kids art work on top of them in the laundry room. I still have to hang their works of art in the playroom.
 
Hey Everyone,
Today I did Firm it up. No lunges in this workout :) , but lots of squats, leg drills (like kickmax) I have noticed since I have been working my legs harder these days my hamstrings are tight??

It is DARK and rainy here today.

Dallas you must have really been JUMPIN:7 I am SOOOO missing Imax3 :D Glad to hear you found your tops!!

Hi guys,

Today I did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, then GS Chest and Triceps. I have the "good sore" going on right now.:) I hope I'm not falling into my old habit of skipping cardio. That's two days in a row of doing that.

Dallas, I'm glad you found your tops! Is that why you were jumping so high? hahaha

Nicole, does Firm It Up do more squats than Leaner Legs? There's a lot of squats in that workout. Hamstrings are one of my weakest body parts. I'll have to work them HARD in a few months.

Hey Ladies,

Well I have some doms still going on in my thighs and hips from rotating the two SS dvd's and I am thinking that is good! I saw firm it up on e-bay and I have bid on it. That would give me 4 of the workouts after tera it up comes. Is there a certin order you are suppose to do these in Nicole? Today I am doing tone it up and Gymstyle Cgest and Triceps. Later In the the day I will run for an hour or depending on my mood I am actually suppose to do kickmax on my rotation.

It looks like everyone is getting in some great workouts already this morning. Way to go!! I am lucky if I get one in at all lately! Maybe I will walk on the treadmill tonight while watching the biggest loser. lol

Dallas-I am glad you found your tops!

Terri-good luck on your bid. I hope you win. i thought about ordering them too since you ladies keep talking about them but I dont want to bid against one of you! lol I think I will wait until closer to the end of the year since I have so much going out with Christmas and my class.

Class went well last night. Lots more info. I think my brain hurts! lol More worksheets to do and we received a website to order some testing questions to study for the Illinois part of the test. I ordered mine last night. Figured it wouldn't hurt to have it to study with.

Terri before long you will have them ALL haha:7 In the booklet they have rotations!! I am currently doing "gosh dang I'll do them all":p It's called slim training rotation, and you don't want to do it more than 4 weeks it is the advanced rotation. They have others if you want the rotations let me know and I will email them to you!!

M-Shape it up
T Firm it up
W Mix it up
T Tone it up
F Cool it off
S Tear it up
S Rest or Cool it off

Susan YES you will be using those hamstrings among other muscles}( Next time I do this I will try and count the lunges, but she does a whole bunch.... hip width apart ,knee's together, and then she does a squats with hip abductions, squats and kicks etc.....Oh and she does
a whole bunch of pelvic exercises adding glute raise with the pelvic thrusts:eek:

Ha ha Susan! I've never touched that light before. :7 I thought maybe it was the position of my step, but I usually have to have it in the same space for all the around the board, across the board, etc. How's baby?

Nicole ~ How's Christmas shopping going? Did you get that dance mat? Now you have me wondering if I should get another one for those dance contests you mentioned. ;-) That's a good idea. I also like the idea of dancing for a workout. I wonder if you'd keep your heart rate up? Boy, Nicole you have started something with this SS rotation? Did you see that someone posted yesterday asking about results from SS.

Terri ~ I e-mailed your son at the address you provided. A signed CD would be great! :D Do KM, if you haven't done cardio already. I did that yesterday and it was a great workout!

Sabrina ~ I give you credit for taking a class with three young ones at home! I don't see how you would have time to workout right now. You're doing a lot! That's awesome!

Lora ~ Did you get the OK to use the treadmill? I love having a treadmill in the workout room.

Dallas, I have vaulted ceilings in my workout room, so with some blasts I have to around to the front of my step. If I turn my step sideways from the tv, I get all balled up and can't follow along. hahaha, I've been considered a very intelligent person, so I shouldn't let that secret out! hahaha BTW, baby is good! Moving lots. I go to the doctor for my next weigh in on Thursday.

Susan-They are great workouts for freestyle leg workouts in my opinion! Don't worry about bidding against me. Just do what I did and make sure the bidders aren't from here. I didn't bid against Dallas when she was bidding on the whole series. I have been bidding on single ones anyway since I got two of them at target.

Hey Guys!

Another busy morning for me...thought I'd better sneak in before I don't get another chance.

This morning I did a 4.5 mile run on my treadmill. It's raining here and I knew running at lunch would not be an option. I now waiting for my DH to pick me up and take me out to lunch. I have class this evening so I'll get in another workout at that time.

Dallas - Great workout! I love IMAX 3 -let me know when you get tired of me saying that. Glad you found your tops!!

Nicole - Gotta stretch, stretch, stretch those hamstrings or they will get really tight on you.

Susan - If you're not feeling the cardio don't even sweat, you are still getting in great workouts. Keep up the great work you are doing.

Terri - Sounds like those new workouts are going good...you are liking them huh? Hmmmm....I just might have to look into these...we'll see.

Sabrina - Glad class went well. You know you could do some good reading while walking on the treadmill...Kill 2 birds with one stone.

Good afternoon
Today so far I have done SJP w/u & step/hi lo premix, Step works segment #2&#3, S&H Triceps and Biceps, I may do S&H shoulders later if I can find the time. I just went to get my granddaughter from kindergarten. We are having lunch and then I need to get some groceries and pick up her sister from school. I only have one school stop this afternoon as two of the children are sick and one has strep throat. I am going to have my daughter give me a flu shot this week. I really dont want to get the flu as I dont have dh here to help out.

Terri dh is very busy. He works long days and usually works on his day off too. They also had some sickness going around there.

Dallas I figured you would find your shirts. The odds of them ending up in the trash are usually pretty slim. Glad you you have them.

Sneaking from work again ladies -- my boss just stepped out. She has me running circles around her (as usual)....I think my pants may be feeling a bit loser ....LOL!! Maybe I can eat that Banana bread I brought, but feel too guilty to eat.

Nicole - I always listen to Seether when I do Slim Series. I can't wait until we do our next rotation so I can stick with it better. This has been a rough couple of weeks for me with my new job and all of these doc appts.

I didn't have to go to the doctor last night since my cyst leaked blood over the weekend. I have to keep an eye on it and see if it goes down now. They said this is the first step to it going away, but it will take long.

I don't go to the foot doctor until next week.

Hi everyone.....better get back to my typing.

I don't want to speak too soon, but other than being VERY busy, I think the new boss and I just might get along okay. She's very strict and I run circles around her, but so far she seems okay with me and I actually was honest with her about the situation here with people warning me about her and I told her that had me a little nervous last week, but I'm starting to feel better since we've been working together. She takes no crap and expects a LOT from you and I'm a little old for this, but it might be okay. gotta run....hope this makes sense. My fingers were flying.
