Morning Ladies -
This morning I did 45 minutes of Step Blast follwed by 35 minutes of moderate intervals on the eliptical. I then did ME Abs and stretch.
I wanted to get a longer session in this morning, as I'm planning on going Christmas shopping today (got my Christmas Club check in the mail and better use it before I spend it on something else) and I probably won't have time for a 2nd workout today. As you can tell, I'm not working today. When I got a hold of my boss yesterday, I left shortly after. Now I'm on a major job search.
I looked at the last week of the Oct rotation and I'm not really into it, so I think I'm going to do my own thing next week and then see what's posted for November.
