Morning Everyone,
This morning I did Lowmax and Coremax Tough Core Premix. I only did a 45 minute premix of Lowmax because I'm still not feeling that well (can't seem to get this stomach flu thing out of my system - I kept my intensity lower also) and I didn't want to overdo it. I also want to try and start varying my aerobic lengths so my body keeps guessing and doesn't plateau.
I'll say it again, boy are my legs fatigued. This rotation sure works them! I still don't notice a change in mine yet! Darned genetics! My abs are looking more defined though.
Have great workouts everyone. I'll try to check in later from work, as long as my boss isn't there.
