Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Sunday Sept 11

Morning everyone,

This morning I did Imax 1 followed by the new Stretch DVD, Stretch #2 on the ball. I also did my 20 minute Kundalini Yoga Routine. I had a bit of difficulty getting thru Imax, as I'm still not feeling better. I'm still a bit nauseous with some GI distress.

Have great workouts everyone. I'm off to soak in my Lush Tub and then use one of my new perfume oils I got yesterday. Aromatherapy really is good for you!

Susan - are you around today? I wondered if you saw my post from yesterday regarding the TLP workout I did yesterday.

I'm here early today.

Lora, I did see your post yesterday about TLP. I actually went on their website recently when you mentioned a couple other w/o's they have. The price is now less than half what I paid!!! Grrr! I haven’t even used them! I guess since it's DVD-R and not all player accept them. Since mine did, I didn't even know. Yeah, I really like them. I might start getting them. Don't tell my husband (hahaha) if there is something I'd like (I'm really not a selfish person at all), but I'm getting it now while my paycheck is still coming in.

Today is a scheduled rest day, but I might go for a power walk. I really over did it in the food area this weekend. My DS and I have homemade doughnuts from a local country store. I think I had THREE! I just feel FAT!

Enjoy your soak, Lora. I'm also a huge fan of Aromatherapy.

Hi Lora and Susan- I am sorry to hear you are still not feeling better Lora. I would suggest a rest day but I have a hard time taking them so will skip the idea of telling you to :)

Today is lowmax the extended verion and kickmax on my rotation. I will do one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Tonight I am going out with friends so no late night imax's for me. I did imax last night at 10pm as I was restless. I had already ran that morning and did some abs. Today i may also throw in some tri's and bi's work.

Terri - I'm NEVER too sick to take a rest day....especially when trying to lose weight. JUST KIDDING....but if you haven't noticed...I'm extremely stubborn in this area. I guess maybe I have just a slight problem. I've always wondered if I see myself a lot fatter in my own eyes than other people do also. I check the charts and I'm in my range...but I'm so VERY small boned that I don't think the charts could be right. I have to buy children's glasses and helmets, I"m so small boned.

Lora- I can so relate to not taking a rest day. I remember a couple weeks ago when I got so sick right before my vacation I just kept pushung it, Then Marietta convinved me that I needed to do a rest day to feel better or keep pushing it and be sick on my trip. I gave in and took a rest day! I did feel better physically when I did. Mentally i will always feel bad if I take a rest day. Also like you I bet I see myself bigger then I am. I am a size6 sometimes a 4 so REALISTICALLY I know I am not fat but deep down I cannot convince myself. Does that make sense?

HI everyone,
Terri I am here as well:) Normally this would have been a rest day but I can hardly count Mon. Low Max with interruptions and a shortened version. I did MIC wu and hi lo cardio work followed by SJP hi lo cardio and abs and stretch.

Sorry I forgo you were here too yesterday! Do you have a multi disc cd player? You create some awesome workouts. I want to get one soon. Maybe Christmas :)

Yes I have a Kinwood multi disc player that is programmable. This hooked to a television that already has a CD player. I have the option between 6 dvd's. I will start up one and have the other ready to just push play and start, between the tv and dvd player. I have another programmable dvd player but only tried once on it and never used it till probably during the last year.And I have done some of A jocks cardio mish moshes and some of my own.
Takes some time to get the titles and chapters down. Just having the two dvd players allows me more options and I always have the other loaded and ready, kind of a timesaver.
