Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Sunday Oct 23

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did CTX Upper Body follwed by Abs from All Step and then 30 minutes of intervals on the bike followed by Total Body Stretch on the ball. I also did my AM Kundalini Yoga routine.

I guess I'm going to finish the October rotation, even though I'm not really into the last week's workouts. I'll do a non-Cathe recovery week of some functional fitness and Power 90 Masters the week after that before I start another rotation. Hopefully, I'll have time to add a 2nd workout on to my days this week.

I'd like to take a couple days to myself and relax before I start working on projects around the house (since I'm off work). Who knows when I'll get another job and if I get one real soon and didn't take a couple of days for me, I'll be mad, so tomorrow and Tuesday are "me" days.

Have great workouts and I'll talk to everyone later.
 
Hi Ladies, How is everyone? I don't think I even checked in here yesterday. The day was very hectic. I did all 3 coremax's in the am and later I did cardio and weights. I really wanted a leg workout but time didn't permit it. Today I have ctx upperbody and a run so I will do a leg workout as well.

Lora-I think that is a geat idea for yoo to take a couple days for YOU! Have some fun and relax:)

Good afternoon,
Today is a rest day for me. I hope you are all doing well. I thought I was going to have my Dad visiting this weekend. I have not been able to reach him so maybe he will just show up. I don't know how next weeks workouts will turn out.

Hello there,
It's a late check in for me today. Seems later than it really is, since it's getting dark.

TOday was my scheduled rest day, but since I took an unscheduled rest day on Thursday (because I was sick), today I did
KPC.

Next week I'm back to the gym styles and CTX.
