Hi Everyone -
This morning I did Tear It Up and then I jumped on the treadmill for about 10 minutes and jogged to test it out. I also did my 20 minutes of AM Kundalini Yoga routine. I really feel it when I do Tear It Up, especially the band work.
Yes, they're keeping me very busy at work. My boss will be gone Tues, Wed and Fri of this week, but she gave me some stuff to do around the office, but hopefully it will be slower and I'll get a chance to check in this week. I asked for Fri. off but was denied cuz my boss is off and one of us has to be there.
We're going to see Harry Potter today at 10:00 am so I've gotta run and do some stuff around here. I go to the foot doc tomorrow. I hope I get good news.
