Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Firm It Up followed by about 15 minutes of Tae Bo Live Basic Volume 8 (as I skipped the floor work). I wanted to do more aerobics but ran out of time. I have to get ready to be somewhere.
Nicole - I don't think I want to continue with a BB rotation after this 2nd week, as I've already been off of Cathe for 3 weeks and it will be a month after the end of this week. I need to get back to Cathe for a month before I take another BB break, but here's what I'm thinking for the next rotation. I made this up from your samples.
Tone it Up
Firm It Up
Sweat 3/4 and Ab ripper plus stretch
PHH Arms and PHH Legs/Thighs
Sweat 3/4 (or other aerobics) and abs of choice
Tear It Up
Mix It Up
Firm It Up
Cardio of choice and abs of choice
Sculpt 3/4
Sweat 3/4 or cardio of choice & ab ripper (or P90 Masters Core Cardio for me)
PHH Arms & PHH Legs/Thighs (or Plyo Legs for me)
How's that look for our next 2 weeks? I think I'm going to finish this week's Slim Training - however, I need to make adjustments and use other workouts for the days I have doctor appointments this week and I'm also adding in some cardio.
Terry - I'm really glad you won Tear It Up. That's my favorite one also!
Have great workouts everyone and I'll check back later. I think I might get my treadmill today from my SIL. My DH helped her move yesterday and we're supposed to go get the treadmill today. I can't wait!! I wonder if the doctor will let me run on my foot. I've been being really bad with my foot over the last couple weeks and I've been jumping on it a lot and it's bothering me a bit.
