Hi Everyone -
This morning I did I couldn't bring myself to take a total rest day, as my depression got the best of me yesterday and I indulged in some chocolate. I think my brain needed the dopamine. I was craving chocolate something fierce. I did an easy workout...Fitprime Fast Cheetah with Kimberly Spreen. It was a fairly easy workout. I then did Total Body Stretch on the Ball.
Nicole - I'd have to say that my best recent DVD purchases are TurboJam cuz their so uplifting and I really like the first 2 Power 90 Masters, but I really want the ones for upper body (the first 2 were Core and Legs). I also love my TLP's cuz they're totally different than anything else and work your body a totally different way. I like to do them every once in a while for a change. I've also been happy with the YBB ones, but with both YBB and TurboJam, if you're not willing to be a little goofy and have fun with the moves (and be able to laugh at yourself), you won't enjoy them. I would never want anyone to see me do them, but it's good to let the kid out inside of you sometimes and not care what you look like. I'm sure I just painted a real pretty picture NOT!

I'm almost done with my antibiotics and this cyst isn't gone yet. I'm going to have to call the doctor on Monday. I don't know what he's going to do next.
