Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Saturday June 25

Hi Everyone -

If anyone's out there today, hello!! I don't know where everyone went yesterday. Maybe everyone's taking long weekend vacations or something.

Today was supposed to be my scheduled rest day, but since I'm trying to lose a few pounds, I did 40 minutes on my bike. I turned the resistance up pretty high and made it tough. I also did Stretchmax with the band.

Have great workouts everyone and enjoy your weekend. I'm off to soak in my Lush bath!! I have a chocolate mint bath bomb to try.
 
This is a dumb question, but what is the difference in this checkin and the regular w/o checkin?

That chocolate mint bath bomb sounds so good!! With me and my addiction to chocolate, it would probably not make it to the bath, I'd probably eat it!!.
 
Most of our group started out doing the first Hardcore Rotation together for a few months and then when we wanted to change our rotations, we all just decided to stay in this group because we felt we got to know each other. We welcome any newcomers that would like to check in with us. I have been doing Cathe's monthly rotations since discovering her in March.
 
Hi everyone,
I know that I have been absent a couple of days. I had my laser eye surgury which was two laser surguries. I was in there for over 5 hrs.. It went great though. When I went back in the next day I could see 20/25. I don't think even when I was a child, when I started wearing glasses I could see this well. It may improve over the next few weeks. I may have to have another, but I am so excited just to be able to look at things and not have to hunt down glasses and/or a magnifying glass. Anyway they told me not to do anything really intense till Sunday. That I would know if I was doing anything that would irritate my eyes and know to stop. I need to watch sweat dripping into my eyes. So today was Low Max and Core Max # 3. Wednesday was HSCh w/u and cardio done 2 times, Muscle Max upper Premix and abs with no warm up.
Thursday was HSTA cardio once and then the second time with lower premixm Body Max Power Circuit lower segment and abs, MIS & Power Circuit abs only,Gym Style calves only.
Friday was a rest day.
I wore a sweat band and kept a small towel to blot off any sweat on my forhead.

luvtorun, As Lora said we started here as a Hardcore rotation check in. You get to really know people on these check ins and become friends. We all just decided to stay here:) You are welcome to join in. We would love to have you here.

Nicole, Happy birthday. Hope you have a wonderful birthday and it is everything you hoped it would be. I am not sure what day it was supposed to be but did see it earlier today.

Diane Sue-I am so happy for you and getting your laser eye surgery. I would love to have it done. Take it easy so you don't irritate your eyes. Have fun at your grandchilds birthday party.

Yesterday I was scheduled to do a run and a flexibility workout but my DH asked for a date. Who am I to say no!?

Today I have no idea what I am going to do. I was scheduled for a rest but I ended up taking that yesterday. I suppose I should do something today. I have been a slacker this week, something keeps coming up. Taking the boys swimming this afternoon but I am sitting off to the side because I just had highlights put in my hair. Don't want to take the chance that the chlorine will do any damage.

Well yesterday got my dd off on her hawaiian discovery trip. Boy that was hard I miss her already;( , but the bright side she made it safely and having a GREAT time!!

Thanks everybody for ALL wishing me a Happy Birthday!! I had a GREAT day and feel really good about turning 40!!:)Heck I feel better now than I did at 30 :D (I was not working out then)

Jane we all workout really HARD:7 Ha ha Really we started doing the hardcore rotations, and now we do other workouts, but remain in this check in as we have got to know one another. All I have to do is look for Lorajc post (Thanks Lora)

Sabrina I'm in the same boat as you:D I am not sure what I am going to do today. Right now I think I am going to take the kids to the pool then tonight I'll do some cardio (yesterday I did bootcamp) Oh I know what you mean about highlights!! I take a kick board and do the frog leg kicks and then I don't have to get my hair wet. (good thigh workout)
