Hardcore Rotation Checkin for October 22 Saturday

Morning Everyone,

I did a rest day today. I only did a 20 minute warm up of Yoga Booty Ballet Light & Easy followed by StretchMax #1. I also did my 20 minute Kundalini Yoga routine.

Have great workouts or rest days everyone.

I thought I would post and say "HI" to everyone before I left. Today my workout will consist of walking and shopping in Chicago!!! WOOO HOOO!!

Dallas-I am sending you an email with my cell phone number. We are staying the night in Chicago. We have no set time as to when we are leaving if you would like to meet up on Sunday. Let me know.

Hi today,

This morning I did a step video from Patrick somebody or other. I forgot I put it in my Netflix account. I liked it. He's nothing like Cathe, very dancey. Lots of fun.

I followed with a 20 min. 1 mile walk on the steepest incline on my treadmill, and then did L&G.

It's gloomy here today. Not much going on.
