Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Monday June 27

Morning Everyone,

I'm going to have to deviate from the rotation a couple days this week due to having to be at work really early cuz I have doctor's appts after work and need to work the early shift. This morning - I did Bootcamp. I'll probably do MIS on Sunday instead this week since that's what I was supposed to do this morning (if I can stand the music in it).

(Yikes - it's Monday and I have to go to the dentist after work - what a way to start the week)
 
lora-I hope everything is ok since you have Dr's appointments a couple times this week. Good luck at the dentist office. I hate the dentist office.

Yesterday I did Bootcamp. I am at the end of the June rotation so I am not sure what I am going to do today. I guess I will have to post back later. :)

Hi Everyone!

Took Friday off work, didn't go near a computer so I didn't get to check in.

Friday - Hardcore Extreme #2
Saturday - KCP & Bootcamp class
Sunday - Rest Day
Monday (today) - MIS, will do 30 minute run at lunch (maybe longer).

Lora...have fun at the dentist. I hate going to the dentist, in fact I need to call and schedule an appointment x( .

I have chosen the August 2004 rotation:D I would LOVE it if you would join me!! I am going to post about in open forum about the walking lunges though?? I am wondering how long it takes to do them???

Today I am going to do legs and glutes!

I did 200 walking lunges in the May rotation...I think it took me somewhere around 10 minutes...nonstop.

I'll check out the August 2004 rotation. That must be a good one, because I hear alot about it on the forum.

Those of you contemplating the Aug 04 rotation.......are you not going to do the July one that Cathe posts? or do we know there won't be a July one and I'm missing some information?

Also, just thought I'd mention I'm pretty sore from KPC yesterday. I think it was an awsome workout.
 
I do want to see what Cathe comes out with July...

But...I'm just keeping my options open.

We'll soon see...

KCP always gets me too...I love that workout!

Tomorrow's workout calls for StepHeat and I don't have it. Should I sub StepFit (which I've never done) or Step Blast?

I don't have Step Heat either but I read somewhere else on the forum when the June Rotation first came out that you can do steady state cardio instead. So if you have any step workout that last an hour or so...it would be good.

Hi Everyone,
Todays workout was Kick Max, stopping at the stretch, then lower body work using free weights and the Bowflex, then back to the stretch of KM. I am trying to join in the Cardio Coach Challenge so am using the Bowflex rowing. I upped the resistance Yesterday and my shoulders were sore today so opted to save that till tomorrow. I am going to try and incorporate a jump rope as well.

Lora I think Step Fit would be a good substitute for Step Heat. I think as far as intensity they are close. Step heat has a shorter cardio segment than Step Fit. Step Fit has a long warm up and c/d stretch. Just a heads up since you are short on time.

I thought I would come back and post what workout I ended up doing today. I went with Basic Step. I can do this one so I thought I would make myself feel better after not being able to do the other step workouts. Maybe someday! I am going to try and get a few more of them in and hopefully learn a few moves before the roadtrip. If not I guess I will be seeing your front and you will be seeing mine because I always end up facing the wrong way or I am on the wrong end of the step. Hehehe!
