Morning Everyone -
I can't believe it's Monday already. The weekend sure did fly by! This morning I did Muscle Max followed by 15 minutes of Imax 3 Blasts Only premix (the rotation called for a 3 mile run and I don't run). I modified on the rebounder for my foot.
I hope everyone starts to feel better soon. It sucks being sick.
