Morning Everyone -
This morning, I'm working the early shift so I can go home an hour early -- so I did Plyo Legs (P90 Masters). Tomorrow is cardio and Sunday is Tear it Up and then I'm done with my SS rotation. I think I'm going to do a week or so of a Body Blast Rotation and a week or so of an Intensity Series rotation next.
I wish I was off today so my husband and I could go to the Early Bird Shopping specials! Oh well! Such is life. I'm guilty from eating too many carbs and chocolate yesterday. I think I ate enough sweet potatoes for everyone on the Forum!
