Morning Ladies,
This morning I did the Scultping DVD The Firm 4 (Transfirmer) and 20 minutes of the aerobic DVD.
The workouts were okay, but I think I'm ready to start doing Cathe again. I don't think I can give them an honest assessment today, as I've got something that's bothering me this morning and I didn't really have a "good" workout. I overslept AGAIN and was late getting started. I feel fat and my pants are too tight. I think I'll start Cathe's November Fatloss Rotation on Monday. I'll do this other Firm DVD on Saturday or Sunday.
