Happy Friday. Today was Slow & Heavy Biceps, Coremax Balanced Core Premix and CTX Kicbox with some of the higher impact on my rebounder and then 10 extra minutes of cardio on my rebounder. My back is still somewhat painful, but on the mend, so I wanted to watch my impact this week.
