Morning everyone!
Took a little break from the Hardcores this morning and did C&W - forgot how much I love this workout.
Next week I'm starting the Hardcore Muscle Endurance Rotation - I haven't even had chance to try the GS dvds yet
Scales were down again this morning - 57.8kg (the lowest I've been for nearly 10 years)
Eats:
porridge
ryvita & hoummous
seafood & quinoa salad
apple & nuts
chicken & veggies
Have a great Easter and try to keep away from the chocolate
