Morning everyone!

HC Extreme (2) for me this morning - that's a killer at 5:15am!

What does everyone else do re: step height? I kept mine at 6" as I thought 8" would be too much doing the Imax3 intervals...I think I made the right decision.

lorajc: I missed everyone too. I've still been been doing the rotation, just too busy to post. Good luck with all your dental work! I know it can be really frustrating not being able to exercise (I was in the same situ the end of last year when I had a mole removed) - make sure you take it steady and look after yourself!

Mornin' ladies - I'm on the fatloss rotation - except for my minor set back of "no exercise allowed" for 3 days. I didn't even work my core cuz the doctor said "no exertion". I wasn't even supposed to be on my feet yesterday, but I was all day and the bleeding wouldn't stop, so I guess I better listen. I did StretchMax with the band this morning. I will probably do another stretch segment tomorrow and hopefully I can work out Thursday (just not at full capacity). If I have no bleeding or pain by Friday, perhaps I can go full intensity. We'll see.

I had yogurt this AM and will have Shredded Wheats in a bit. I'll have a pear and apple for snacks and I'm not sure about lunch or dinner yet.

P.S. Since I stayed home from work today, I might go a little crazy and order some more Cathe DVDs to round out my collection. I'm thinking of getting The Strength Series, Slow & Heavy, CTX, MIC/IMAX 1 & Rhythmic Step, as well as Cardio Kicks. I'm just trying to make myself believe it's okay to spend that much money. I want to be able to do all of the rotations, so I NEED this stuff, right?
 
Good morning everyone - i have been off rotation for the past 3 days due to unexpected circumstances (for some reason I decided Saturday morning to repaint most of my house and I worked from early am to late at night for the past 3 days painting) , but jumped back in today. I can't do HSC because the ceilings in my basement where I workout are too low for a high step, so I did Boot Camp instead. That was like coming home to a long lost friend - I LOVE that workout! And the best part of it is that I don't have to worry about working my core later today - it's already done! Tomorrow I'm going to do LowMax.

Hi Everyone,
This morning was Lowmax. My first time doing it all the way through. I just love this workout. I'm suppose to do GS Legs tomorrow. I'll have to see if I can still walk.

Hi Ladies,

I started week three of the strength rotation yesterday. I did a 6.2 mile run and Gym Style Chest and Triceps. Tonight will either be Lo Max and GS BSB or another run and two segments of core max.

Has anyone done 2 segments of Coremax back to back yet? I am not sure I will get through that...

This morning was Lowmax and ab hits. I really like this one the more I do it. That 8 inch step really does the trick on the intensity!

Hi everyone!

Today will be HSC. I passed my initial interview yesterday and have a 2-hour follow-up panel interview tomorrow in front of 4 people! So I think I may take tomorrow as a rest day!
 
Hey there! I chickened out on LowMax today. Two times I've tried that w/o got to flustered and my w/o ended up being a flop. So, I did IMAX2 and C&W abs.

Hi everyone,
I did I Max 3 and Intervals 1-5 of I Max2 this morning. I followed this with Tough Core and Balanced Core and 10 minutes of ab work using my Bowflex, then I did Stretch Max with the ball. Beverly, the first time I did the Core Max workouts I did all 3 at once. I now try and add more resistance to make them tougher. For step height on the HC Extremes I keep it at 8 inch except for the part where you do intervals 6&7 and then I lower it so I only change it there and move it back up.

I am on my way to being a AM. exerciser:7 Today I did lowmax. Tommorrow I am going to be doing HC extreme not sure which one. HELP me decide?? This is the only dvd of HC series that I have not done yet:eek:

Wow, all 3 core workouts at once. Did you get sore? I think I will try #2 and #3 together.

Since you already did Low Max maybe you should choose either the HC Extreme Interval Circuit or the Interval Blasts plus legs which has the Kick Max blasts & leg conditioning.
Beverly doing all of the Core Max workouts did not make me sore. So now I add toe weights to my shoes and pick up a 20# dumbell and hold it on my chest for a lot of the crunches. I also use a 10# med ball. I have a hard time feeling the ab exercises anymore.

Congrats Nicole P on your AM workouts.

I can barely get thru 1 core segment.......more power to ya if you can do 3 or even 2.

I ended up ordering a bunch of Cathe DVD's today. I want to make sure I can follow the rotations as closely as possible in the future.

IMAX 3 for me today.

Andrea--I switch back and forth from an 8 inch to a 6 inch step for HCX #2. And I think it's a killer any time of day:p , but at 5:15 am I cannot even imagine.
