Hardcore Rotation Check in Saturday 4/9/05

Morning ladies -
Today was supposed to be my scheduled day off but I'm feeling a bit "mental" between fight with the husband, bad day at work yesterday, PMS irritability and depression, severe migraine for the last few days and back ache............so I thought it best to do a "recovery" workout. I did one of my new Fitprime's called Lean and it was so extremely easy it wasn't even funny. My heartrate only went 109 to 120 tops for the cardio . Anyway, I'm sort of sorry I bought them. I ordered them before I became addicted to Cathe. I hope this is not what all of my other tapes & DVDs are gonna be like now cuz I have over 300 of them...yikes. Maybe I'll get some use out of them in my 60's and 70's.........ha! or I guess I could use them for active rest days during a recovery week. That's just too funny though.

I also did Stretchmax with the band. Gotta love those C-curve stretches. They feel so good. I'm off to have breakfast. Yogurt and cereal.

Have great workouts everyone and have a great weekend. Tomorrow, I start week 2 of the April strength rotation.
 
Good morning everybody!

I did Lomax this AM. It's so much fun but after the fourth combo/blast I was running outta steam. But then I caught my second wind and completed the workout and stretch.

Lora- Sorry to hear about the Fitprime disappointment although it's probably a good idea for all of to have some lower intensity, less challenging workouts in our collections for the reasons you mentioned. I hope the rest of your day gets better. Take care.

Hi, You seem so well informed I had to ask you a couple questions. I am pretty great shape and would consider myself an advanced exerciser. I do cathe to fit tv all the time. What I would like to do is buy some more of her dvd's but need advice. I have a few stubborn pounds to lose..maybe 6 total. I want either a good interval dvd or a all cardio dvd but I am choreography challenged :) So Something that doesnt have to much of that but will still get me in a great fat burning mode. I do have a treadmill but I am bored with running. So any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

It was MM for me today and 11 minutes of Glutes from Great Buns Guaranteed! I am feeling tired and I have to work, I am going to have some coffee, read something posite and go on with my day!

Hi Ladies,

I am doing a run and Muscle Max as soon as I finish my coffee. The weather is crappy here today, so I will be on the treadmill.
I am buying Kenney Chesney tickets today. He will be here June 21..

Thank you for the compliment, Beverly. I'm coming along. This pic was taken 2/9 before I started HC (I had actually just gotten back from a 1 week vacation in Turks & Caicos so I guess you could say it was after 1 week of "active" recovery!) I'm going to add "progress pictures" to my album as we continue thru the HC rotations.

I think Kenney Chesney has a sweet voice. He made me cry when he sang "There Goes My Life" on the Oprah "Baby Shower" show. Lucky you, you get to see him LIVE!

Hope MM and your run go well. I ran on my treadmill Thursday (first time in months) and thought of YOU!

I just came back from camping and saw your question. I wasn't sure who you were addressing here. As far as choreography, I would say Interval Max would be pretty good for an interval workout. It takes me awhile to get tough choreography too. Also I think you might like Maximum Intensity Cardio. These are both pretty tough.
