Hardcore Rotation Check-in for Monday, August 29

Morning Ladies!

Today I plan on doing Friday's work out from the last day of the rotation minus GSL. I did that yesterday. So, I plan on bumping up the mileage to 5 miles instead of 3. That's why I did GSL yesterday. I wanted to get a really good cardio work out in. Also, I will do a CM segment.

I was planning on doing this this AM after the kids got on the bus, but my DD really took a turn for the worse. I'm calling the doc as soon as they start taking calls. I was up with her all night again. She had a 105 temp! I had to do a sponge bath again to bring her temp down.

Nicole, you're a nurse, right? What else can I do for such a high temp? I'm alternating Tylenol/Motrin every four hours. Cool compresses on her head, popsicles for breakfast :) (she likes that part, but that's really more for her sore throat), and lots of cold drinks. She is progressing exactly the same way I did. Her temp is much higher though.

Morning Ladies!

Dallas-I am so sorry to hear you daughter is not doing well. Hopefully you can get her in to see the doctor this morning. I hate it when the boys are sick with a temp, everyone is miserable. Let us know what you find out.

I will get some kind of weight workout in this evening, hopefully! I will anxiously be waiting most of the day to see if my 2006 Avalanche will be in today! LOL! They were going to have to drive 3 hours one way to get it. Total of 6 hours plus then we they get it back they will want to make sure everything is clean, etc. All I can say is that it have better have a full tank of gas!! Maybe I will ask about a free oil change too. hehe It was a long process to find it.

Good moorning friends!!

This morning I did BodyMax. I didn't have time for the whole thing so I did the step portion and the leg strength circuit. It was a good workout. I will either run at lunch or do upper body weights.

Yesterday was a rest day for me and on Saturday I ran and taught a class.

I have to leave to go to Atlanta tomorrow for a business trip. I know I'll be able to get in some sort of a workout, but just now exactly sure. I'll take my bands and I'll take KPC and KM DVDS. I'm only gone through Thursday so that should be sufficient.

Dallas - So sorry about your DD. I sure hope that temperature drops soon. I'll bet the doctor will want you to take her in...that's an awfully high temperature. Keep us posted...

Sabrina - You go girl!! A 2006 Avalance...that's what I'm talkin bout!! Can't wait to see it...you will send post pics right??!!

Last night I did PS CST and today I will do CTX kickbox and PS standing section only!! I am looking forward to this months rotation.

Wow...guess it's going to be a quiet day around here...

I did go for a 3.5 mile run during lunch but I didn't get any upper body work in.

It looks like I'll have time to get in workout in the morning before I leave. I'm thinking I'll do PUB and some cardio of some sort.

Nicole - I'm looking forward to the September rotation as well. Also, I'm hoping I'll still be able to check in...I will have my laptop with me...we'll see if I have the time.

Started again today -imax I was going to run but it was rainy.I also done 200 lunges and abs.
Sabrina-I love our 2004 avalanche ours is the full metal body(no plastic along the bottom)it rides better than a car and should for the $$$$:) ours is the charcole gray color but it changes sometimes it looks black and sometimes green.
