Hardcore merge with new dvds

I apologize for bothering you, I realize you are very busy. I had a quick question about how to put together a rotation using the Hardcore series and the new dvds for the whole body.

Could you possibly give me some direction or have a rotation just for these???:)

What about...

Day 1 Chest and Tri's

Day 2 Legs

Day 3 Back, Bi's, and Shoulders

Day 4 Cardio of choice

Day 5 One of the new video's

Day 6 Cardio of choice

Day 7 Off

I realize this is rather simplistic, but it gives you an idea. This is kind of how I schedule my rotations...upper body split for two workouts, and then more of a total body endurance type workout to finish out the weight routines for the week. In doing a routine like the one above, in my opinion it would be hard to do more than one of the new videos more than once a week. I don't know that it would give your muscles enough time to recover.

Or you could focus on the more split oriented rotation for 3 or 4 weeks using strictly the hardcore workouts and then follow up with a week or two of a rotation using only the new videos. Using the new videos as more of an active recovery from the heavier lifting you did with the hardcores.

Just some suggestions :) :) .
