Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Prevention's Fight Cellulite Fast and Turbo Jam Live Cardio Party. This was an interval workout. I did some of the intervals on the Rebounder and a lot of impact on the floor too (we shall see how the foot handles it). I only got my HR Up to 168 on the intervals. Workout was 64" and I burned 655 calories.

I also did Rainbeau's Yoga for Beauty - Dawn and Immune Invigorator off of Ravi & Ana's Doc Yoga House Call. I've had a stomach bug the last few days...and figured both of those yoga sessions would help. I really need to find more time to do Kundalini. I miss it and I really think it helps with health problems.

I'm getting really antsy and feel like I need the structure of a rotation...but I can't decide what I want to do. I wish Cathe's new one was ready.

Have great workouts everyone. Off to get my Lushie Bath and we're going to a movie later. Not sure what we'll see....as there isn't much to choose from.

Diane Sue - I meant to tell you that I used Retread on my hair last week and it wasn't too heavy for my hair at all, but I have fine, dry, curly, frizzy hair.
 
Dallys -meant to ask you. How the F do you use that stupid cardio belt w/ the 10" Trainer series? I can't figure it out for the life of me. Also, have you tried any of the weight segments yet? I viewed mine (I bought the Deluxe set) and was a bit bummed to see that they use the bands in the door attachment for a lot of it. I can just see me now........wasting more time trying to figure out how the heck to set up ....rather than working out!! Do you use your cardio belt for the cardio?
 
Good Morning, today will be a rest day. I stayed up too late last night and we are having family over today.DH will be leaving soon.

Lora, I will have to check out retread. I think sometimes with me it depends on which shampoo/conditioner combo I use on how it works. My ends get dry from the flat iron and blow dryer. I recently bought a T3 mini flat iron which I think is a lot nice for my hair. I keep the heat setting a little lower. I just got Coolaulin and at first thought it wasn's as nice as Veganese or American Cream. But the first time I used it after Rehab and Jasmine Henna Fluff Ease(hair was kind of coated and flat) Then I used with Sylvia Cynthia Stout and it was still sort of coated. Yesterday I combined with Godiva shampoo bar and my hair was really soft and looked nice all day. Usually after Rehab I use Veganese since it is a lighter conditioner. I just got Queen of Hearts soaps and at first thought they smelled odd but now I really like the scent and they make the bath smell nice. Not so drying on the skin and they say you can use that one on your face. Although I use Cetyphil with hyraulonic acid that my DD gets me from her office for my face. Dil just started back to selling Avon again. She is supposed to bring over her next demo catalog of upcoming Mark products today so I can look. Mark stuff was some of my favorite Avon stuff. Like their candles and liquid handsoaps too. Sorry such a long post Guess I got carried away ;)
 
Dallys -what are Quadruped Extensions, hip abduction, modified leg curls, Tall kneeling with abduction, modified pushup fly-two arms? I guess I do need a DVD...LOL! Why does the website say that the Valslides don't come with a DVD??? I'm confused. What did you buy exactly?

Diane Sue - Nothing really coats my hair!! LOL. I use Queen of Hearts on my face and I have super sensitive skin. That's actually what I buy it for. I just got Queen of Hearts and Almond Kisses moisturizer, as well as a Marzipan bubble bar, Pleasure Dough and a Honey bath bomb. I am looking forward to a few new items they have coming out too. Lush is addicting, isn't it? I'm good for turning you ladies onto new beauty addictions....first Aromaleigh and now Lush! What's next?

***I liked this superset. Got good ROM with the SLDL's.

Leg Press Station Calf Raises:
200# - 3 sets with toes forward, turned out and turned in
***Got an excellent burn with this. These were hard.

Incline Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
25's - 12
27's - 10/12

Lateral Raises:

***Is Incline Dumbbell Shoulder Presses even a real exercise? Not sure. And I'm not sure where I felt it, they were very easy. Even with 27's. I guess I'll see tomorrow from where I have DOMS.

Long time no see

Just hopping in to say hello. I am trying to figure out the new site..
CONFUSING..
Haven't had a lot of time to chat. I have been doing a kick boxing class on Tues and Thurs nights . Kicks butt. 1 1/2 hrs long.. and getting in 1 day in at home. Been really crazy between work and meeting up with the contractor and making sure things are the way i want them..
So, i have been slacking, but when you work 10 hrs a day it is tough lately..Just trying to keep what i have and not loose it all.
So, i am still around. Just setting up some profiles here and maybe later i can add some photos..
Just wanted to say hello from out here ..

Lora, speaking of Aromaleigh have you tried their new resolution finishing powder?? I love that stuff. Just ordered a second one because I really do not want to run out. LOL Yes, Lush is addicting. I hardly want to use anything else.

Anne, good to have you check in. You will have to post some more pictures as you salon is being done. 10 hr workdays are awfully long. Don't know how you have time for anything else. Enjoy your time with your grandson:)
