BTW, I was suppose to work biceps with back, but I just had this incredible "itch" to run instead, so I did, on the elliptical.

(same as before...if I try to go heavier on these..my form is off)

(went up 5# on all of these..very hard)

Today is Biceps with shoulders.

BTW, Linda....that is something you are doing one arm rows with 54#!!! I noticed a few days ago and forgot to comment~

Also, I have invited AMANDA to join us. I hope she stops by.
 
Today was cardio and I had a good fun workout. It's nice going at a steady pace with this next 4 weeks. I try to keep my HR at 136 bpm.

I chose one of the Cardio Coach mixes I made up. Had fun with it.

Abs
crunch on the ball - 15
reverse crunch with ball for resistance - 15
ball raises to the side 2 x 15 each side

Debbie not sure how to get my cardio in. Will try walking today with TEVAs

also - on the next day for back I don't have a lat pulldown or seated row - so I was thinking of substituting with pullups or chin ups and tubing for pull downs. What do you think?
 
I did a long workout this morning. I started with the Amy's new 10 minute solution sculpt tone and reshape fat blast sculpt segment, then did Jari's Ripped 1000 (no stretch), followed with Circuit Zone and stopped at the foam roller segment. Then granddaughter and I did the rest of the 10 minute solution workout. Calorie burn was 1,042. I think I need a heavier 8 band than Amy has with this workout. Especially for lower body. I like her usuage of it and think that the upper and abs are the best segments. I would probably like the lower a lot better if the band was heavier.

12/12/12 - 28's ***I hate this exercise as my HR takes over and I can't concentrate***

Then did cardio at 60/60 ratio using BC cardio 1,2,3,4,6, & 7, then 4DS HIS skipping the w/u. I also picked up an ab wheel and been playing around with that and my abs are really sore.:p

M4: Zone bar; Cherry light yogurt
M5: 6 oz. chicken w/Shake & Bake Parmesan; Sauteed veggies w/ 2 tsp. parm cheese
M6: Squash Omlette

181 g. protein - 43% (195 g. goal)
159 g. carbs - 38% (162 g. goal)
 
Roselyn, I bought Amy's new 10 Minute Solution Sculpt Tone and Reshape at Walmart. They just got them in because I was there a week ago and they didn't have it yet. I ordered a Cathe heavy blue 8 band from Walmart.com for my legs on this:)
 
Linda, I went and put my dvd in to see if I had a hard time hearing Amy. No, it works fine for me. When she shipped out the preorders for this one she gave out a cd with it that could be used with the music off option on it for a different soundtrack.

Stressful day at work today. long, too. That sucked. Workout was Amy's Slo Mo, back and shoulders, then abs from Body Max II. So need to clean tomorrow. Can't wait till class is over tomorrow.
