Today is our wedding anniversary...21 years!!!!!!!!!! OMG..time flies!
Here is yesterdays workout:
BTW, I was suppose to work biceps with back, but I just had this incredible "itch" to run instead, so I did, on the elliptical.
ABS
Muscle Max Abs
BACK
BB Overhand Rows:
65# 6x's
70# 6/6
65# 10x's
60# 12/12
(same as before...if I try to go heavier on these..my form is off)
Pullovers:
50# 6/6/6
45# 10
40# 12/12
(went up 5# on all of these..very hard)
Chin Ups:
6/6/6/4
CARDIO:
Time: 30 mins
Traveled 4 mi
267 cals burnedd
Speeds 8-13mph (I was rockin')
Today is Biceps with shoulders.
BTW, Linda....that is something you are doing one arm rows with 54#!!! I noticed a few days ago and forgot to comment~
Also, I have invited AMANDA to join us. I hope she stops by.
