Today was Combat upper body blow out and Core Attack, 42 mkn, 299 calories. I then did X Train CSB rnd 1-4 and core 1 mix, 43 min, 256 cal. Total time was 85 min and calories burned 555. Got to shower and head out of town for the week. I will still check by.
 
Today I did Yoga for Energy by Tamal Dodge. Good workout, not too hard but I enjoy it.

It's 10 degrees here this a.m. -5 with the windchill. Can't wait to go outside!!!

Coldest day we've had here in 4 years. I'm wearing long johns to work, I'm sure my office will be freezing.

Today I used my daughter's elliptical and an Audio Treadmill workout from Brook Benton's site. It was the 3rd express workout. 31 min. I then did Combat Inner Warrior strenght and stretch, 17 min.. Anyway it was something and I was dripping by the end of the ellpitical workout. That was my first time using one.

Debbie, a yoga work that is enjoyed is nice. Some drag. If they feel really good I enjoy them. I would say like a good massage but my last and one of few experiences was not good. Ouch.
 
Today I did one of my Cardio Coach mixes. Had a great workout considering I almost skipped it.

Today I had an appointment for my car so I only did Les Mills Combat Core Attack. I guess this week is pretty much a holiday as I have an appointment at 9:30 in the morning for my hair and lunch and visit with a dear friend. Then family:D

Just checking in to say hello, haven’t worked out since I did the slow steady jog:eek: Not because I did not want to…..because I still wasn’t well, I kept with the cold and flu medication This morning, I wake up feeling the best I had been since I gotten sick. My cough is much better.

Tomorrow its on! :) Yep! See you tomorrow;)

 
Today I did Yoga Sculpt by Karen Voight. Haven't done this one in a while, I enjoyed it. It's around 45 minutes.

Okay, my first real workout since getting the flu:). This morning MADE attempt to do Les Mills Combat 60 Xtreme Cardio Fighter and abs. I tell ya, the ab work in is short and sweet I really enjoyed the entire workout; guess who's back 'wink':cool:

No I haven't order Candace yet.
 
Yesterday was no workout. Today I got on my daughter's elliptical for 15 minutes before I went out for my haircut and lunch with my friend. We will see the next few days since the weekend is two birthday parties and lots of family time. It may be pretty much a rest week.

Teddy, that flu can really take it's toll on you. I love that Combat workout. The ab work is just a taste of what Core Attack is like.
 
Today I had a PUKE STATUS workout! I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and really hit it hard. I skipped Challenge 3 because I didn't think I'd have the time to do the entire workout, but after I did Challenge 4, I realized I still had 15 minutes. So I went back and did Challenge 3. Glad I did!
