I just checked out your pictures and you got some nice definition in your hamstrings. I am still working on mine. How tall are you? Lovely pictures and seems like you already made some progress!! Very nice! I love pictures and your boys are soooooo adorable!!!!! Gosh!!!!!

I did Imax2 1-5 for my interval WO, and then worked back and chest with free weights and a little bit on my mom's gym. I think I will like to do some more on that gym, I liked it, especially the lat pull down.
I still need to work abs later on.

Suz - I've been pondering off and on to do full body workouts four times a week. But then you have to make sure you back off the intensity because you are working your muscles 4 times a week instead of one. When I do one body part a day I workout until I just about fall over. I have to get out of the mind set of doing that if I go this route. I'm thinking of doing a rotation for August with total body workouts, but on some days I'll have to do a generic workout without videos because I think the only three workouts that would work for this from Cathe is PP/SS and MM. Plus with PP & SS I would add more sets because those workouts are so easy to me. I've read a lot of good things about full body workouts, I may just give it a try for four weeks and see how I do. I would do cardio every other day and take one day off like I do now.
 
Lora, I went to the grocery store and bought raspberry fruit spread. I had to buy the kind with seeds because the seedless had sugar in it. That is up to you what you would want to use. This is what I came up with comparing ingredients on the dressing bottle. It tasted pretty good. It came out on my Master Cook Program at 2 Tbs 76calories,3 gm fat, 13 carbs, trace of sodium. I did not add any salt. Also when I buy raspberry vineagrette, I have found Newman's Own to e the lowest in fat and sodium. Fat free has a lot more sodium in it.

8 ounces Raspberry fruit spread
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons splenda

Debbie - when it's not cycling season, I usually do weights 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week. So do you do weights 4 times a week and cardio 2? For me, I would worry about the fat factor if I didn't do cardio 3 times a week. But I don't lift as heavy as you do. :(

Suz - The more I thought about it, the more I think I'll do three full body days and 3 cardio. Right now, however, I won't be doing anything. I pulled my back out today picking up one of my Avon boxes. I'm so pissed! They freakin' load these boxes up, they weigh like 50 lbs and some weight 5 lbs. It makes no sense. I'm not sure why I pulled my back, I'm always very conscience about how I lift. I'm praying that it doesn't get worse. Its just achy right now but I'm so scared I'm going to wake up tomorrow and not be able to move. This has happened before. I'm icing it right now.

Say a quick prayer for me ladies, I'm usually laid up for weeks when this happens. I can't deal with that again! :(
 
Debbie, I am so sorry. I know some of my daughters boxes were light and some heavy. That would be tough not knowing what you were picking up. I hope icing will do it.

I will be praying your back gets better. It might not be as bad tomorrow. So sorry to hear though.

Well I just got done working out to legs and shoulders and it is after 9pm! GOSH! Instead of static lunges, I did 200 walking lunges outside. I hate static lunges as they bother my knees. So yucky humid hot outside...ew! Also did the ab work in Leaner Legs.

Thanks Charlotte, you just reminded me I still need to do abs! LOL! Right after I finish mopping the kitchen. My husband dropped a gallon of milk and it pretty much exploded giving me and the kids a bath! YUK!!!
Atleast that's one less thing I have to clean tomorrow! Good night guys!
