Suz - I've been pondering off and on to do full body workouts four times a week. But then you have to make sure you back off the intensity because you are working your muscles 4 times a week instead of one. When I do one body part a day I workout until I just about fall over. I have to get out of the mind set of doing that if I go this route. I'm thinking of doing a rotation for August with total body workouts, but on some days I'll have to do a generic workout without videos because I think the only three workouts that would work for this from Cathe is PP/SS and MM. Plus with PP & SS I would add more sets because those workouts are so easy to me. I've read a lot of good things about full body workouts, I may just give it a try for four weeks and see how I do. I would do cardio every other day and take one day off like I do now.
