Nice lunch. Love green beans..raw or fresh. Never tried chick peas though. Sounds like a very healthy lunch. No wonder your skin radiates. What if you could burn 600 cals in one workout, wouldn't that be something? You are doing fine though. You always burn alot.

Glad you all like the pictures. Thanks for the compliments. We did have fun at the concert. I want to go to another one, but it is possible we might be moving soon too and Thanksgiving coming up as well. Will be getting busy.

I'm done with my meetings. HUGE personnel issues today. I HATE being a supervisor. It just wastes so much of my time. My first meeting went gloriously though. :)

Miss Char - I haven't been riding outside - well, except for Saturday. It's been too cold and dark and windy. Boo hoo. Love the pics!!! You are so beautiful. And you look so young. And you KNOW I love the puppy pics.

Dallys - doubles? I didn't know about this. Is this a rotation? Or should I wait until I get it to see? I'm glad to hear your legs are slimming down. That gives me hope. You look like you're pretty lean. And thanks for the compliments. You're too kind.

Diane Sue - I just don't know how you can heavy up on everything. You're my hero! I guess I'll wait and see and if it seems like I need to go heavier on legs I can always heavy up. And I'll see how I'm feeling with the cardio. I'll have to check out this doubles thing.

Lora - why am I not surprised you did EXTRA cardio on your rest day. Girl, you don't know the meaning of a rest day. :p Green beans have protein? I guess I didn't think of that. Good to know.

Randi - I'm thiking of doing Cardio Fusion tomorrow. That is IF I CAN WALK!!!

Debbie - I was reading your post about DoggCrapp. When I take too many deep breaths I hyperventilate! :)

Anne - maybe you've been taking too many deep breaths - of hairspray!!!

Okay, back to work for me. I must admit that after the day I've had and the day DH has had (we just found out that an online payment to AAA that was supposed to be $52 went through as $5200 causing us to bounce checks!!!!! - had we not just purchased the hot tub we could have covered it no problem and would have discovered it at the end of the month - YIKES!!!) we are going to get in that hot tub and have a couple of beers. Well, maybe just one for me. Two beers makes me DRUNK!

Suz - I don't care for the breathing part, I'm usually too busy singing. LOL! I love my music and have to sing when I workout. Glad I workout alone! :)
 
Hi again. I just finished up Yoga X. I still feel like moving around, so I'm going to take the dog out for a walk. We are supposed to get a storm later tonight and it's very nice outside right now.

Suz-
There are 3 rotations with P90X. You can do the "lean rotation", the "Classic rotation" and you can add doubles (meaning adding an extra cardio workout) to either of these rotataions for a 3rd "Doubles rotation". For doubles you do phase 1 of either lean or classic as is. Then in phase 2 you add 3 cardios, one to the weight lifting days for a double workout. They use Cardio X, but you can do whatever cardio you want. Then in phase 3, you add 4 cardios, one to all weight lifting days and yoga day. Their rotation splits the cardio and weights to morning and evening. That's what I do. Cardio X is a 50 min. moderate cardio workout, so I've done mostly moderate for my extras. I want to keep the muscle I'm building. After P90X I'll try to burn off the last bit of fat doing more intense cardio. I started doubles in the first phase and did the Classic rotation. Thank you for the compliment. You are slim too and I bet you'll really like how you look after a couple of months doing P90X.

Dallys - if that was long - what do you consider my posts???? Yoy!! And where is it exactly that you have fat? I certainly don't see any!!!!!

Suz - I started taking a rest day for the past 2 weeks!! I don't feel any better though. I actually feel worse on the following day. I don't feel rested and raring to go. I think I do better without them, but I'm going to continue to try just doing Yoga on Saturdays for a while and see. I only did Kundalini Yoga and restorative yoga last SAturday. This weekend, I have to work, so I'm sure I'll get more rest from my workouts than I need.

My Jari Love Ripper 1000 (or whatever it's called) just came from Amazon. Another NEW workout. OMG!!

I can't decide if I should do Amy Kickbox Extreme or Hi/Lo tomorrow. I definitely don't want to do another high step aerobic DVD.

I am sorry to hear about all that mass confusion with bills, etc. Been there and done that. It will be straightened out soon. Yeah, two beers get me drunk too and 5 will make my face turn green the next day.

Charlotte- you look very pretty when you smile!!! Almost like a different person! You should smile in more pictures. Nice pics! Thanks for the complexion complement. I think it might even actually be better than it was in my avatar now. I've been using that microdermabrasion sponge I bought on E-bay and it's fantastic. My skin is porcelain, has more clarity, zero pores and looks even smoother. I love that thing. Highly recommend them. Works better than the machine I used to have.

I thought Yoy was a Slovak thing??? Debbie are you Slovak?? If not, maybe it is an Ohio thing???
 
Holy Crap ladies! I just did IMAX 3 for the first time. Loved it! It is IMO, much more intense then Imax2, and the choreography for the step portions seem more complex, which I like too. I was dripping after I finished. I really liked it. I don't feel as "blubbery" as I did this morning after that LOL!!!!

You guys all did so good today!

Suz- Hope it all gets straightened out and that you enjoy your hot tub time.

I gotta go bath the children now and get ready for fire meeting!

Back from my walk. I took the dog to the rodeo grounds and just let her run all crazy and do her thang! I walked around the perimeter of the whole parking areas with her a couple of times. Probably 2 miles tops.

You are so nice! I know I don't have a ton of fat, but I do have some in all the usual places. The muffin top area is the area I gain weight easy lately, which is the area I want gone. I used to gain in my butt, but not some much anymore. My body is all weird now that I'm older. LOL! Oh! And if I do lose weight, the boobs are the first to go and the last to return. LOL! I'm curious as to this microdermabrasion sponge. You do have a great complextion. What is the name of it. I'm due to buy something off ebay.:)

I heard about that microdermabrasion cloth on ebay and I have never got one. I have something similiar to it, but will have to get one. DAMN IT..you make my wish list a mile long!!!!!! I can't keep up!!!!

BTW, just in case anyone forgets, Biggest Loser starts at 8pm EST. 2 hour special. They bring in the others.

Meaghan - Great going on IMAX 3, that one is a killer. I don't do it often, my joints just don't like all that jumping. Its a fun workout, though.
