Hardcore Fitness Maniacs September 2025!

I did intermediate Pilates Hips + core plus mobility moves = 40 min. The mobility had side planks which were not easy. She shows a lot of modifications for osteoporosis. No twisting/rolling down standing. No wonder my back is killing me.

Debbie - great job on the heavy back shallow boxing. I did enjoy my day hanging out with my kids before DS/Dil left for TX. Tysons Corner you get lots of steps in, lol. Dh and I don’t go very often except when our son/DD wants to go shopping. During the week it’s pretty empty.

Diane - praying you don’t have a fracture. I hope the meds will help.Poor you and your dog. That’s a long time waiting. I need another laser surgery. My right eye sight is worst now then it was originally. I have scaring which he thinks is causing my eye sight. He checked my lens to make sure it didn’t move again, it’s in the right position .Next month is the surgery, it’s a short one.

Great job on your workouts ladies.

Today I did CDorner 80's Cardio aerobics low impact, 43 minutes, 291 calories, heartrate 130/172?( I don't think 172 is accurate) 4,877 steps. I followed with CDorner Full Body Stretch/flexibility, calm, refresh 29 minutes, 63 calories. Total time 72 minutes, 354 calories. The stretch was really needed. My calves and shins have been sore and tight hip flexors. Workout tomorrow is doubtful.

Debbie, nice job on Raw Heavy bag/boxing with Kelly and Zach. I like that workout too, but I like the kicking too as it breaks up some of the punching for me. I saw Kelly had some workouts with a vibrating thing. I have seen them before. I don't think I would want to get one.

Belinda, I am glad the lens is in the right place still. I would go nuts not being able to put on makeup. When I had eyelid surgery since lids were blocking some of my vision. I couldn't wear makeup at first. I didn't want to go out anyway as I had black eyes for a while. I quit going to him as my eye doctor though because he always wanted to dilate my eyes even when I went for the field vision tests. Plus, it is much further away. I will go to him when I need cataract surgery though. Thanks for the prayers. I am hoping they do not find anything that would mean a surgery again. I saw some stuff on the new med and it said around 3 months to notice if it helps. That is when I go back to my arthritis doctor again. I am hoping to find something that helps.
I have been modifying those bend overs, rolling back up and down, and twisting. After I saw a medical thing showing pictures of how the rolling up and down puts pressure on fragile bones and cause fractures I am really conscientious of how I move.

This morning I did a a workout I don't think I've ever done. It was RAW Box & Sculpt. It seems to be an older one and her cute dog is with her the whole time. It was funny. Music was really low, but that was ok with me because it wasn't nothing I wanted to hear. LOL!! Good workout, I liked it.

Squat/Press/Triceps Extension: 8#

I burned 203 calories with this workout. Then I got on my treadmill and walked 20 minutes for 1 mile. Total workout time was 50 minutes, burned 317 calories, HR was 120/151 and I did 3592 total steps.

Belinda - Good job with your Pilates workout. I'm so sorry to hear about your eye. I sure hope they can help you with that.

Diane - Great job on your workout. I also like the kickboxing workouts but sometimes I just don't want to use my legs. LOL! Yes, I think I forgot to tell you about her new workouts. They don't look like anything I'd like to do. I hope she gets back to her normal types of workouts.

Roselyn and Jolie - Hope you girls are kicking it with the workouts!

Well, I hope you all have a great workout. We have some fun things planned so looking forward to it!

Hi,

Walk outside this morning before it got humid. Went for a nice long walk. I also did Pilates abs = 15 min + 35 mobility from the Pilates I am trying out. I did like the mobility workout a lot. She did stretches I have never seen before. Very good.

Diane - CDorner 80's Cardio aerobics low impact + Full Body Stretch/flexibility, calm, refresh. I hear you on stretching. My hip flexor is so tight. You can’t wear make up, wash around or put cream on your eyes for 2 weeks. They don’t want anything getting into your eye. Your eyes is still healing at that point. They have to cut into your eyes, until that is completely closed you can’t wear make up. I couldn’t get water into my eyes when showering either. You also have to put a lot of steroids drops, antibiotics drops into your eyes for almost a month after surgery. Good luck with all your appointments.

Have a wonderful day and workout.

Debbie, nice work on Raw Strength Cardio Acceleration #1.

Belinda, nice work on getting an upper body workout in. My upper back and neck hurt. This med makes me feel ill and I keep getting chills and goose bumps. It settles after a couple of hours, but I am taking it 3 times a day. I haven't heard anything on the x-ray yet. I checked the portal this evening.

for the past week I have been walking due to the fact that I hurt my mid back, and lifting would not be good for me. My back is getting better but I have new problem to deal with. My mom's blood pressure got really high yesterday, so she took some of her blood pressure meds get it under control. Well, the blood pressure came down so fast that when she was in the kitchen making dinner, she passed out and fell on the floor and hit her head on the tile floor. She is in the hospital with a fractured skull. She is getting seen by a specialist today and I will know what we are in for soon. Devastating news... I am heading out to my parents' home and I do not know what will happen, so I am offline for a bit. Please pray for my mom, she is going to need it.

Today I did RAW Kickbox #5 and had a great workout. I like this one. The music is good, too.

Workout was 40 minutes, burned 357 calories, did 4087 steps and HR was 146/169.

Jolie - OMG I am so sorry to hear about your mom! I am praying for her. I hope she will be ok.

Diane - Nice workouts this past weekend and Monday. I'm sorry to hear your back and neck are hurting.

Have a great day everyone!
