I am home and got my workout in this afternoon. Workout was Body Beast Tempo Back and Biceps. Added some Yin Yoga at the end. Beast burned 225 calories at 49 minutes.

I increased most of my weights
All are single sets

Today was Beast Cardio and abs, did Piyo upper body this afternoon

I became a Beach Body Coach well just a discount one right now for myself. thinking of doing more, i have a friend who is one and really loves it, she has 3 small kids and can do as little or as much as she wants. so, pondering if I am going to go to a next level I love the programs and I use Shakeology which really has made me feel so good, energy and digestion wise. Do you guys have any input to help me out?
 
Roselyn, I have heard others who start just to get the discount. I think you really do have to put your all into it to make money. I wouldn't be able to do it because I would not push the Shakeology which is the big money thing. For me too it was having to worry about a home business and taxes etc.. I didn't want to worry about that. If you love the products and want to sell it I would go for it. I don't use Shakeology. I have used some of the other nutrition products though. I have had the same coach for a long time. She has always been so good. Once when I had a dvd that I had not used because I had a foot injury and then it didn't want to play, BB told me it was too late. She went to bat for me and got me a replacement. You can set up your own challenge groups. It might be fun. I believe that you have to pay the monthly fee to be one of their club members though and use the Shakeology which you already use. You would not be out the money for the Shakeology that way. I don't know if I am helping or hindering. This is just what my take is on it. I may be off a bit on how I think that it works. I know some have workout group get gatherings or something. Isn't their thing you can do to accumulate more training?

Today I did STS Meso 3, Week 4, Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps. I had a great workout. i changed the exercises in the last grouping again. This one really gets me sweating.

This is what I did:

Standing Barbell Press: 12's - 2 sets/12 reps (warmup)
Standing Barbell Press: 42# - 8 reps
Barbell Curl: 45# - 8 reps
Flat Bench Dumbbell Extension: 20's - 8 reps
Repeat 3 more times

Seated Lateral Raise: 12's - 8 reps
Incline Curls on Stability Ball: 20's - 8 reps
Double Arm Seated Overhead Extension: 32# - 8 reps
Repeat 3 more times

Upright Rows: 45# - 8 reps
Seated Concentration Hammer Curls: 21# - 8 reps
Close Grip Barbell Press: 62# - 7 reps
Repeat 3 more times

Today I did Cathe's Rockout Knockout with heavy bag bounus, 65 minutes, 401 calories. I then did Kelly Coffey Slim Sculpting abs/core mix using 16 a20 lb kettlebells and skipped the warm up, 28 minutes, 108 calories. Workout was 98 minutes, 509 calories.

Debbie, nice work on the weights :) Why did you change the last grouping?

Roselyn, I would be interested in how being the BB coach works. I think from my understanding is you can take it further or just small.
 
Today I did Bulk back

I became a discount coach which means i get I think 25% off anything I want to buy, yes you can go as far as you want and I am getting a welcome pack to read about it I am just starting to understand some of it when I get it I can let you see it Diane Sue. My son will be home so he can help me with that I am so computer illiterate sometimes.
 
Roslyn, I believe you get your own Facebook Beach body page that others can purchase from and you get credit for their purchases. You also gain status by how many others you get to sign on as a coach. I don't know what that gives you though.
 
Today I did Run Fit and had an excellent workout. I'm bummed because my Fitbit didn't record the workout. It was acting funny this morning and I'm not sure what's going on with it. I know I started it when I started my workout so I have no clue what it did. Oh well.

Workout was 52 minutes, I figure burned 400 calories and I ran 3.5 miles.

Todays workout was Kelly Coffey Cardio Pump workout 1 which is the boxing cardio, 30 minutes, 124 calories. I then did Body Beast Bulk Legs, 42 minutes, 180 calories. I finished off with some yoga with Kassandra from you tube, aching joints and afternoon yoga.
Weights today were okay I guess. I forgot how much I always dreaded the forward back lunges.

Debbie, do you need to change the battery. When I was looking at reviews on these I understood they use up batteries pretty quick. I kind of wanted the Fit Bit Charge.

Today I did Tabatacise and abs 2, 58 minutes, 370 calories. Max heartrate was 163. Really I kept my hr up in the higher end for 29 minutes of the workout so I really do not get the lousy calorie burn. 45 of it was the abs. It just irritates me.
 
I forgot to post this morning. Ooops...

Today I did STS Meso 3, Week 4, Squat Rack Legs. Again, didn't take the entire rest periods. Only did about one minute between each set. I can't believe I'm done with STS. Now I have to figure out what to do next. I sort of want to do BB again but not sure yet.

This is what I did:

Squats: 15's - 2 sets/10 reps (warmup)
Squats: 70# - 4 sets/8 reps

Barbell Deadlifts: 65# - 4 sets/8reps

Leg Press Station: 165# - 4 sets/8 reps
(Did this instead of front squats)

Static Lunges: 20's - 4 sets/8 reps

Today I wanted to check out Kelly Coffey's Cardio Pump workout 2 which is the weight workout, 33 minutes, 150 calories.
This was 3 minutes per body part each exercise done 1 minute heavy, 1 minute different exercise medium, 1 minute different exercise light. Body Bea Temp Chest and triceps. I went a bit lower on a couple of exercises. I was just not up for really heavy weights.

No workout for me today, this will sort of be a semi-rest week for me. No lifting but I will get on my treadmill Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Today I did Kelly Coffey Cardio Pump Pump Interval mix which is the boxing intervals with the weights. It did skip one of the lower body segments though. I was tempted to go back and do it. I will be doing the Beast workouts this week so I decided not to push it too far. Not much energy today. I don't know if I am coming down with something or it is allergies.

Debbie, I did not pre-order the Ice workouts.
 
So today I had the BEST Cardio Coach workout ever. I did all of Press Play and I ran the most miles I think I've ever ran during a Cardio Coach workout. It was definitely a puke status workout.

Workout was 66 minutes long, ran 4.5 miles!!!!! Fitbit showed I only burned 434 calories which I think is malarky, treadmill showed 657 calories. Whichever it was, I feel great!!!! I got 9054 steps with this workout. I hit 10k before 7:30 a.m.!!!
 
Today I did Piyo Strength Intervals, 22 min. 104 calorie, X10 mix low impact and step, 38 minutes, 225 calories, and find with Body Beast Abs, 11 minutes, calories. Workout was 71 minutes and calories burned 382.

Debbie, nice work. I am sure you burned more than the Fitbit says. I checked my exercise logs on my fitness pal and I burned 604 with that one. I always used my Polar for it.

Roselyn how are you liking Piyo? Did you find a rotation using it and the Beast or are you just doing it yourself?
 
Today was Cardio Coach #1 which was great and then I did Yoga Stretch, which I needed.

CC workout was 36 minutes, I ran 2.43 miles and burned 267 calories but treadmill said 337.

I'm still on the fence about ICE. I know I won't do the cardio workouts. I may just buy the weight ones.

Nice workouts yesterday!!! Roselyn, I may start BB next week. Still haven't decided.
