Wow, had a great workout this morning. I got on my Max Trainer and did Cardio Coach #3. This one has 2 - 3 minute hill climbs which I did on 4-6 level incline, then it had 6 - 30 second sprints with 30 seconds rest and the last challenge was 4 - 10 second sprints with 30 seconds rest. Killer. My legs were screaming. I'm starting to crank it up a bit now that I'm getting used to the MT again.

Workout was 42 minutes, burned 309 calories, went 2352 steps and HR was 127/164.

Yesterday I did RAW 1 Body Part - Chest and had a great workout.

4 sets of 10 reps and is in circuit fashion. I did 3 sets and that was enough plus time ran out.

Incline Flies: 15's
Flat Connected Press: 20's
Flat Bench Press: 20's
Did 3 sets/10 reps
Killer!!

Then I got on my treadmill and walked 1 miles. Total workout time was 49 minutes, burned 321 calories, did 2936 steps and HR was 122/151.

I also got a total of 14,000 steps yesterday from all the walking I did at our Pathways to Careers event. I was dying by the end of the day.

Jolie - Did you know the Max Trainer can walk backwards? I had to get off for a minute to turn the fan on me and when I got back on the peddles started going backwards. It was weird. I had to stop and then start again with the other foot. LOL!

Roxie - Great job with your workout!! I'll have to check that one out. Is it a lifting workout?

Roselyn - Nice workout!

Belinda - So glad your laser surgery went will. Fingers crossed everything is a lot better than before.

Diane - Great job with your Tabata workout. Kelly has a fun Boxing tabata workout i want to do again soon. Maybe Friday.

Debbie-no yo only use 3lb weights it’s about using smaller muscles and balance

I did CDorner Leg Sculpt today, this one she did not work, she coached, and the guy was using lighter weight. She has an injury and yesterday's cardio she did super low impact and had Amanda do the high impact. The workout today was good for what I needed. This was 45 minutes, 127 calories, 83/132 heart rate. I also did her stretch for hips and low back, 32 minutes. It was a good stretch and no down dogs. It also had neck stretches in it at the end and hit everything. This was 84 calories.

Leg Sculpt (weights are what I used) I think the guy named Joel used 12# or held Louie the dog

Overhead Triceps Extension: 12's - 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Kickbacks: 10's - 10 reps
Kickbacks: 10's - 10 reps
Dumbbell Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Overhead Triceps Extension: 12's - 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Kickbacks: 10's - 10 reps
Dumbbell Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Overhead Triceps Extension: 12's - 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Kickbacks: 10's - 10 reps

Finisher: Supinated Curls/Triceps Push Down/Curl Up/Down - repeat this thirteen times. - 10's

Also did walked on my treadmill for 1.12 miles. Total workout was 48 minutes, burned 387 calories, did 2901 steps and HR was 135/168.

I had my dental implant done on Tuesday and the procedure went very well. I have way less swelling and pain this time, I hope that it works in the long run. I am taking it easy till the end of the week; I am not even walking the dog more than around the block. I want this to work so bad otherwise I do not get another crack at it. Everyone is doing great with their workouts this week! You do not know how much you like to exercise till you cannot do it! I am going out of my mind. I may get on my spin bike today and just pedal at a low resistance.

Debbie, your weights for your arm workout looks exactly like mine but I could probably go up in weights to 17's. If I go higher weights for kickbacks, my shoulder hurts and that tells me it is taking over or the Triceps. Yes, I have gone reverse on my MT but it feels weird.

Roselyn, I was thinking of getting a mini trampoline for Lymphatic drainage purposes. Great job on the that workout and your leg workout.

Diane Sue, Roxie and Belinda, great job on your workouts.

I am going to walk my dog some short walks today just to get some additional movement. The reason why walking is hard is because he jerks me really hard when he sees a lizard and it makes my mouth hurt.

Today I did CDorner Cardio & Toned Arms no equipment, 45 minutes, 316 calories, heart rate 141/175, 4,359 steps. I followed it with Coffey Fit Raw Flow Stretch + 25 minutes, 63 calories. Total time was 70 minutes, 379 calories.

Roselyn, nice work on leg day and trampoline.

Debbie, good job on Raw 1 Body Part Arms today along with treadmill walk. Chris said she had a little something going on in her back. Today was low impact and she just said people could do the full jacks and add some impact if they wanted to, but she was going to stay low even though she is feeling pretty good now, she did not want to push to quickly. I guess she has been doing this for a couple of weeks. The arm work had no weights but was an arm burner. It was only about 10 minutes.

Jolie, glad the dental implant went well. I fully understand how you feel when you cannot work out. I have used light pedaling on my spin bike many times just to feel like I got some activity in.
