Lora,

I just got the package you sent me. That is so sweet of you to send all you did. I almost cried when I seen Treat 2..I didn't expect it. Gosh. It smells so good too. I am still going thru them all.

Just got back from Wal-Mart and the cleaners. My comforter is going to cost $28 to clean. Not bad, I was hoping it would not be over 50 bucks. But then, they had these really nice candles in there and I ended up buying a $20 candle. I am burning it now and not too sure if I like it. However, I will tell dh I love it (he can't really justify a $20 candle so I will burn and love whether I really do or not!)

Anyway, I bought a fresh pineapple for the first time in my life...crazy huh? I also bought canned pineapple. Now I am spoiled...it is so much better fresh! I am hoping nobody else in the house likes it so I can have it all to myself!

Okay I am going to go pick up my son from school before I start sounding too selfish!!! (between hogging the pineapple and buying a ridiculously priced candle!)

Dallys

That is great....keep dh cleaning those toilets!!!! (This kills my dh. He acts like it is just too hard to figure out how to clean the toilet!)

Hope your elbow feels better soon! I hate body aches!

Was it you who told me about the dog claiming the territory??? (sorry if not, I don't have everybody's name down yet) To answer that question...something was going to happen UNTIL I laid in dog pee!!!!

Sara

Well I decided to go with KPC today and I finished it. Got to add in more ab work this evening.

Sorry I don't have more time to talk. Got to get dinner ready now. Talk to ya'll in the morning.

Meg- glad you like them. I am really getting into Lick It Again (this year's Lick It). I'm desperate for another bottle and can't find one.

I'm not feeling well this evening. Feel like I'm getting a bladder infection. I'm nervous about my interview tomorrow also.

Hi ladies! Tonight's WO was Yoga Booty Ballet Latin Flavor (30 min) (Netflix) followed by Gilad's Core and More (50 min) (Netflix). It was my first time through with both WOs. I liked YBB, but wish the cardio sections were longer. I'd love to string this cardio together with some of the others for a longer, low impact WO. I wasn't sure if I would like Gilad's-really didn't know what to expect with almost an hour of core work. There were a few stretches interspersed thoughout, so it wasn't too bad. I think this one is my favorite of this series. I have felt slightly guilty about lowering the intensity of my workouts, but I think it's important to have variety and the YBBs fit the bill nicely. I think the ballet work is a good compliment to the kickboxing and weight training sessions.

OK going to attempt personals and try to get everyone in...apologizing in advance if I don't! :)

Dallys-Yummy lunch! I should have eaten with you! Did you make that? Which Beachbody series is Core Cardio from?

Char-KPC is one of my favorite Cathe's! The abs are enough for me on that one though! How much more did you add on? So funny about the dress yesterday...I had the same thought as Amber...that you are probably small juniors size...I can't even remember how old I was at that size! LOL!

Diane Sue-Goodness you've been busy lately! Those nights of looking at the clock can really zap your energy. Hope you were able to catch a nap!

Amber-Hope you got your workout in! Your plans had the makings of an excellent workout! If nothing else, you burned some calories concocting it! (Add rubbing your hands together and adding an evil witch laugh and you've burned more! :) )

Janie-Hope your tummy got better! Nice WO! I wish I had a treadmill. It's nice to get away from all the crazy choreography sometimes.

Lora-How did you like those SWAT WOs? Details please! Hope you feel better and I PRAY that it's not a bladder infection. It's one of the few things that turn me into a complete wimp! Good luck tomorrow!

Deb-Nice calorie burn-you've got to be happy with that! :) I am curious to see what you do for legs and how it turns out.

Randi-It's nice that your schedule allows you to get a morning workout in at a decent hour. Hope work goes well!

Sara-At least your dog gets to sleep in the bed w/ you. My DH won't allow it. I love sleeping with a dog by my side. It's the best sleep ever-I just feel safer.

Meg-I am having trouble with my thighs at this point. I am losing everywhere but there. Just won't budge. Is running the only thing that will help or do you think any cardio wil do it-they are just the most resistant area/last to go?

Everyone/Anyone-Have you ever used thigh weights? I saw some and had never thought of using them before. They look like ankle weights but (obviously) much bigger. Does anyone think these would be effective for more concentrated toning in that area by substituting them on leg exercises that call for ankle weights?

Have a great night ladies! Off to see what the yoginis are doing and then off to La-La-Land!

Hi Jen! I did make my own lunch, although I bought the salad at Costco and had to throw it together. Core Cardio is from the Masters Series.

I've never seen these, but I bet they would be alot easier on your knees and much better than ankle weights. On some of those machines at the gym, the resistance is at the thigh.:)
