Good morning,

I just finished my last workout M1 Week 4 Disc 12 legs. Yeah! Definitely getting stronger, I am lifting heavier again. I am still careful especially with my shoulder and knees. Looking forward to a recovery week next week.

I still have a live zoom dance class later.

I will be back later.

Today I did Lauren, Walking Cardio and Strength to the beat 33 minutes using 8# dumbbells for all but a shoulder section with scarecrow which I used 5's for, a 15 minute leg workout using 10# dumbbells, and a 20 minute Everyday Pilates//Core Strength and back pain, Total time 65 minutes, 268 calories. I am tired today. Feel like I am dragging myself through the day.

Belinda, nice work on yesterday's 2 zoom dance classes and pilates and today's Meso 1 Week 4 day 2 Legs today. I am careful as well. Hopefully I can get back to a bit heavier weights. If I feel it in my back holding heavy weights I scale it back down a bit. My shoulders and left knee are really bothering me right now. I think my fatigue must be due to the infusion. Hopefully a bit more sleep will help.

Roselyn, good job on glutes today.

Roxie, we have had the same thing with weather here. Today it is warm again and the last two days wearing a jacket. A few days ago family was outside sitting around the pool.

No workout to report yesterday. We went car shopping instead.

I did Pilates LIVE RECORDING: Aligned and Strong. I still will do Pilates every day, it’s helping my hip.

Diane - I know you careful. I been there so many times with injuries. I am still very careful with the weights I pick up. Hang in there it will get better. Sorry the infusion making you fatigue. Please tell your doctor. It can happen at the beginning. Better taking to your doctor about it. Did I mention…I am off the injections? I been getting very nauseous for 2-3 days after I injected MTX. 3 month ago I was switched to a different MTX injection, they old one was discontinued. Ever since I am on the new MTX I am getting so sick, even with daily folic acid. I am on CellCept tablets now. I mentioned it to my doctor at UPenn, she is the one recommending I try CellCept tablets. I saw my Rheumatologist on Monday, he agreed with her. I am only on it for a few day’s, so far so good. We shall see.

FINALLY WORKING OUT AGAIN!!! WOO HOO!!

This morning I did RAW 4-Day Split Bi's & Tri's. Had a great workout and haven't done this one since June of 2023. I thought it would be good to start out with under 30 minute workouts this week and then increase next. This was perfect. I plan to do all three 4DS workouts this week.

1 minute each exercises

Biceps
Supinated Curls
: 12's
W Curl to Rotate to Front: 10's
Hammer Curls: 12's (slow 4 counts up and down)
Bicep burnout w/Tube - (I used 5's to do this)
Repeat

Triceps
Overhead Triceps Extensions:
12#
Kickbacks: 8's
Dips - I did Lying Triceps Ext. using 10's
Kickbacks w/Tubing - 10# tubing
Repeat

Workout was 29 minutes, burned 196 calories and HR was 119/150.

No workouts. We have been out looking at houses today. Tomorrow morning planning on looking at more.
Debbie, nice work on Raw 4 day Split.

Belinda, I hope you get some help with the MTX. That is too bad they discontinued what you were using. I hope the Cell Cept helps. Nice work on the Pilates Core and walk.

Roselyn, good job on Caroline Leg day. I am trying hard to not push too much.
 
I'm back! My son left for the Marines on Monday, and I miss him so much! He signed up for 5 years but hopefully he will be stationed at Camp Pendleton which is right around the corner from my house. I took an active recovery week last week and it felt great. I did a lot of walking and riding my spin bike while I watched tennis matches. This week this is what I have done so far.

Sunday- P90x Chest and Back (this is a goodie for sure)
Monday- Beach walk 4 miles (my son left for the Marines, and I was feeling too uneasy to do anything else)
Tuesday- P90x Back and Biceps
Today I will be walking the pup 4 miles.

I have a complete bathroom renovation going on right now, my mom should be moving back with me on June 13th. Now that my son is gone, she will be moving into his space. I have had so much to do with their banking, what a nightmare, and clearing out their house to get ready to sell. If you do not have your ducks in a row when someone passes, good luck! I living Trust is a must!!!!!

Diane Sue, I thought you moved already? Boy, I am out of touch with what is going on with all of you here, I need to catch up!

I hope you all have good workouts today. I will try to catch up with the previous posts today and be on here a lot more than I have been. Until I get my mom situated, I am stressed out and over tired.
 
This morning I did RAW 4-Day Split Chest & Back. Had a great workout. I'm going light this week with the weights until I get back into the groove. But they felt good and I probably could have gone heavier. The back work in this one is tough, I could not have gone higher except for the lawnmower rows.

1 minute each exercise:

Dumbbell Lat Pulldown: 10's/8's
Reverse Peck Deck: 10's
Lawn Mower Rows: 15#
Repeat

Modified Pullover/CGCP: 12's
W-Chest Press: 10's
Dumbbell Flies: 12's
Repeat

Workout was 24 minutes, burned 91 calories, HR was 90/127. Then I did my hip stretches.

Diane - I hope you guys can find your dream home!! Prices are so crazy now, though. Good luck!!

Jolie - Yep, you must have a trust - me and my brother did that with my moms house years ago. She had a mini-stroke last week but is doing fine. Worries me at the age of 89. They will probably just keep getting worse. She's on meds for that so I think that helped her not have a full blown out stroke. It's a constant worry. Wow on your son leaving for the marines. I hope he is stationed here, with everything going on, you never know. Great job with your workouts!!

Hi,

I did a dance OnDemand plus Pilates for the abs.

We will be traveling tomorrow. We have to drop off our RV at Redbay AL for some repairs before our warranty runs out.We will leave at Redbay, pick the RV once it’s done. The RV is almost done, need to put a few more things in.

Diane - good luck with the house hunting. I am off the new MTX, it made me so sick. So far, so good with CellCept.

Jolie - I agree on having a trust. I hope the bathroom renovation going well and your mom’s house will sell soon. One less headache. Great job on your workouts.
