Hardcore Fitness Maniacs March 2026

Thursday, I did CDorner Kickboxing Cardio 38 minutes, 256 calories and Senior Shape Standing Abs (osteoporosis friendly) with Standing Mobility Stretch, 20 minutes, 53 calories. Today I did Senior SHape Dance Cardio and Upper Weights and stretch, 39 minutes, 226 calories, heart rate 125/156. No workout today. I am getting a lot more steps in a day when outside with my dog climbing up and down the hill and rocks in back. It will take a while to adjust with family activities. My dog hates his crate right now. He used to climb right in before we went out of the house and recognize when we had to leave. So, there are adjustments.

Debbie, nice job on Raw Cardio Acceleration #1. I have two dvd players as well. I may look up Grow with Jo.

Belinda, good job on Live #584 Total Body Muscle and Pilates Shoulder Mobility and Abs.

I hope that Jolie is okay as well.

Today was Pilates mobility workout. I wanted to do Cathe Live stretch afterwards, I couldn‘t get it to work. Gave up after awhile. Oh well.

Diane - you sure caught up on your workouts. Great job on CDorner Kickboxing Cardio,Senior Shape Standing Abs (osteoporosis friendly) with Standing Mobility Stretch plus Senior SHape Dance Cardio and Upper Weights and stretch. Aww…any time you live with other family members there are adjustments. Poor dog :( he is used to running around free. He will get used to it.

I am so worried about Jolie. It‘s not like her not checking in in over a month. I hope she is on vacation or something fun. Jolie please check in soon.

Today was a short walk outside plus SBF (Suzanne Bowen Fitness barre) Lower Body. Suzanne isn‘t active on her site or puts out new contents. Wished I would know it before I pay for a life time membership. Lessons learned. I also did a live Pilates breathing/core class today.

I signed up for On Demand for now and this morning I did LMR Elevated Functional Core Fusion Timesaver #1,31 minutes, 86 calories. I just wanted to get in some movement before family came for our usual monthly family day. I never track stairs, but I have been getting a lot of stair climbing from the stairs in the house and climbing up and down the rocks and hills in back with Harvey.

Belinda, nice work on yesterday's Pilates mobility and today's walk outside plus SBF barre Lower Body. That is a shame that you paid for a lifetime membership and no new workouts anymore.
 
Diane - I am sure you love OnDemand. Great job on LMR Elevated Functional Core Fusion Timesaver #1,31 minutes. Sounds like you getting lots of extra steps in. Enjoy your monthly family get together. SBF hardly puts anything new out. Instead of her OnDemand she posts on FB. I guess, she is trying to get more people to sign up.

This morning I did Box & Pump 4. I don't think I'm going to list the exercises and weights anymore unless you all want to see it. Just sort of getting tired of listing the whole workouts.

What is On Demand? Is that from Cathe or someone else? Just curious.

Great job on your workouts everyone!! I'm working from home today because we have no power at work. We lost power Friday for a couple hours at work and now today. I wish the wind would just go away. I thought our house was going to blow away on Friday, we had sustained 80 mph winds That's hurricane winds. Last night we had 50 mph winds and tons of rain. Scary!! I hate spring.

Good Afternoon,

I did Raw TBTS Push. I am still dealing with the eye issue so my mental health is suffering so hoping exercise pulls me out of the funk. I hate this cold weather so ready for summer.

Debbie-I agree with the wind comment it was snowing yesterday cold today an supposed to be 75 Wednesday and in the 80’s for Thursday and Friday.

Today I did LMR 2 Elevated PHA Cardio and Core, 38 minutes, heart rate 107/136 and Elevated Timesaver #3 Anytime Mobility/stretch13 minutes, 56 calories. Total time 51 minutes, 228 calories. It was so cold outside last night and today. It got below freezing. Crazy going up to 80 and suddenly dropping like that. Not really abnormal here though. It is supposed to get to 90 later in the week. 28 last night and so windy. The neighbors power went out. The lights kept flickering here. My dog kept wanting me to go out and play ball with him and climb the hills. My knee hurts tonight. Too much climbing along with falling a couple of times running after the dog up the tiered landscape to the hills.

Belinda, I don't know how SB keeps her business going without new stuff. It seems a lot would drop out. I was pleased when I saw that the premixes were on the workouts as well as full workouts and each gives equipment on the descriptions. I also liked that Live came with the on Demand. I always thought you get just on Demand and Live would be another 10.00. I missed out on the good deal she just had for discounts. I like Live, but I do find it a lot of guessing because there is no listing of moves ahead of time like the workout manager. Sort of a surprise like a new workout I guess. I do not think I have used any much past when she hit 300 workouts. I was eyeing a mobility workout this morning while seeing how the setup is for finding things.

Debbie, I like seeing how others do on workouts and thoughts on changes in them. Along with format on ones that I have not done. I just don't have time to sit down and add that much extra. I am generally fighting falling asleep most of the time when I get on here. Sometimes if I have saved workouts on here I just copy and paste and add changes to weights or substitutions. I got rid of a lot of files though when I got my new computer, and moving I tossed a lot of worksheets. Anyway sometimes seeing the workouts may encourage someone else to try them. Good job on Box and Pump 4. I always liked that one a lot.

Roxie, good job on Raw TBTS Push day. Weather is way up and down here as well. I had to pull down my tub of sweaters this morning.
 
Real quick, I am very busy today. This morning I did RAW Kickboxing 5 and had a great workout. This one is fun.

Workout was 39 minutes, burned 327 calories, did 3946 steps and HR was 140/168.

Not sure if I told you guys? My tooth hurts so bad since I had the temporary crown put on last week. I thought the pain was from the procedure. It‘s been a week. I am pain meds otherwise I couldn‘t function. I saw my dentist today. She is referring me to endocrinologist. I have an evaluation appointment on Thursday for a possible root canal. I need a break!

I did Pilates abs and SBF Lower Body barre.

Diane - great job on your workouts. Glad you enjoy Cathe OnDemand. I think she still has that deal going on? I will check. Hills are bad for my knees too. Take it easy. I heard some of the listings are not on Demand which makes no sense? I should write down the once on her sales page. My appointment went well yesterday. I have to go back soon. I will be back for more personals. My tooth is very pain full.

Today I did Cathe Live #478 Low Impact Hiit with Active Recovery, 31 minutes, 198 calories, heart rate 126/149. I doubt I do that one again. Too much time on the floor and on my hands on those active recoveries. It is too hard to keep my back from rounding doing walk outs on hands anymore. I also did Elevated Balance Fusion 30 minutes, stopping after the ball bouncing while doing balance moves, 161 calories, heart rate 114/141. I finished with Senior Shape Mobility Stretch, 12 minutes.
Total time was 73 minutes, 416 calories. It is late and I have a Walmart order coming in the morning. I told them to leave them at the gate. I will have to go out and meet them there as I do not have the extra code for workers and that sort of thing. Amazon just leaves stuff sit by the gate unless they can fit them under or through it. My daughter and family went out of town for an overnight spring break trip.

Belinda, I hope you can get the pain taken care of. That is terrible that you have been dealing with that tooth so long.

This morning I did RAW Upper Body & Abs and had a good workout. These are great workouts but so different than Caroline's. I might do the Beast one soon.

Belinda - I'm so sorry to hear about your tooth!! OMG! There is nothing worse than tooth pain. I sure hope they can get it fixed for you asap. That's horrible!!

Diane - Great job with your workout! I'm with you, I don't like things on doing walk-outs or anything like that anymore. I don't feel they give you any benefits so why do them? I worry about injury and I don't need that.

I sure wish Jolie would check in...

Today I a dance workout OnDemand (from yesterday) plus Pilates mobility for the shoulder with the foam roller. I also did 17 min SBF Stopwatch abs. Lots of planks.

Debbie - thank you. Nothing worth than tooth pain. I been taking pain meds since last week, can‘t do it without it. I see the doctor tomorrow If I need a root canal. I hope not. I am with you on Jolie. Wonder what is going on?

I have an appointment early tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed I don‘t need a root canal.
 
Hi,

I saw the endocrinologist this morning, they took CBTCT scan, he can‘t see anything wrong with my roots. He believes my tooth is irritated from the procedure last week. He wants me to wait it out to see if the tooth pain calms down on it‘s own. I hardly had to use pain meds yesterday, that‘s a good sign. He also wants me to wait for the crown to put on next week, wait another week to give that tooth time to heal. I am glad I saw him. He said in case I have pain so bad on the weekend to call him. Very impressive. It was my first time seeing this endocrinologist. Fingers crossed the pain will disappear soon.

I did standing abs this morning. I will do a stretch later. BBL
