Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for week of 7/23

We had a blast riding yesterday and Saturday. Put about 180 miles on my motorcycle.

We are on vacation this week so I will only check in sporadically. I hope you all have a great week!

Hey Guys:D

Yesterday, busy busy busy but I managed to get in a 5 mile run, and it was freaking awesome had energy for days. I was a bit tired this morn, from all the activities food and family so I decided to sleep in.

Debbie: Hey Girl  Enjoy your vacation.

I started my final week of P90X2 this morning with PAP Lower Body, 61 min, 315 calories. I then did Les Mills Sports Attack 29 min, 215 calories. I had a break when the air service guy came and went back and did Chalean Extreme Dynamic Flow Yoga, 38 min, 170 calories. Total time was 2 hr 8 min and calories butned 700.

Debbie, enjoy your vacation. I am glad you were able to get out and enjoy your ride:)

Teddy, good job getting the run in.

Back from short vacation with hubby, we drove to Branson, MO about 4 hours from home here in St. Louis, did a lot of walking for exercise and the hills in the Ozarks are awesome for the glutes and legs!!

I did To The Max Extreme today.

Have fun Debbie.

Hey Guys :)

No smiley teeth today LOL....

Yesterday, went for a 4 mile jog; my goal was to do 5 but way to HOT. I was drenched when I got home, immediately hopped on scooter and away I went I rode for maybe an hour and it felted awesome the breeze was just right.

This morning, I did STS d-1 chest shoulder & bi's & MIS abs.

Rose: Glad you had a great vacation, now look at you right back at it, that's dedication. Nice work:)

This morning's workout was P90X2 PAP upper 51 min, 202 calories. I then did Total Body Triceps upper body express 19 min, 83 calories. This was just chest, shoulders and triceps 1 round of each exercise. I had not done this one before. I finished with Cardio Supersets 41 min, 272 calories. Total time was 1 hr 51 min and calories burned was 557.

Roselyn, nice workout. That sounds like a nice relaxing vacation.

Teddy, I could not imagine going out running in the heat here. Glad you got to have a nice ride on your scooter:)

Diane: Your workouts are always on point.;) I know you are glad this is your last week of P90X2, huh? As for me, I decided to do Cathe's endurance workout I figure STS is good to start with.

I have ran in hotter weather. The problem was I did not drink much water yesterday, shame to say but, the ride just made it all worth it. See ya tomorrow:rolleyes:

Teddy, I will hold you to the see me tomorrow!! :) I do enjoy reading what you do. I know things can hinder the workouts. I get that sometimes and others probably do not understand my need to not skip too much. I do skip more than I used to, but I think it has been good for me.

Hey Guys:D

This morning, I did To The Max & abs......oh my goodness, I simply ADORE this workout. I'm just going to keep it real, most of the exercise I stopped about 4 seconds before completion, but next time its' on. I really enjoyed the ab work to:) This workout kind of remind me of Imax; is it just me?

This morning I did URX-MT Greg Cook Metabolic Interval Circuit, 365 calories, 49 min.. I then did Total Body Trisets Back, Biceps, and core, skipping the w/up and stretch and doing 1 rnd of each exercise, 15 min, 77 calories( I wanted to make up for the upperbody express premix I did yesterday that did not include all of the upper body) I then did STS Ab Circuits stability ball abs, 20 min, 89 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow mandala namaskar segment 11 min, 43 calories. Workout was 95 min and calories burned 574. I have been using the HR monitor with the lower readings. I have never mailed off the other one to get the battery changed. The other one was pretty close to the calorie burns that Cathe gives in the workout manager. I keep thinking that I will get used to the lower readings. My eating is going well the last few days. I just hope I can keep it up.

Teddy, nice work this morning:D It changes so much with all different types of work I am not sure it reminds me of IMax other than the fact it is tough:)

Diane: You did all that, man oh man :) I swear you are the hardest working women I know, really. Nice..nice..nice work. I bet your body is rocking;):D;) I am sure you are competition ready.

Yeah you're right, doesn't really remind me of Imax, lol guessing the digs and ploy jumps and few others, took me back. I love this workout.

Hey guys:D

This morning, I did STS d-2 back & triceps and abs from step heat, good ole trandition work. I had a blasts, I tell ya. My workout felted awesome:)

I know it's going to rain today, yay, cuz my grass is DEAD:( but hopefully by this evening all dried up and I can get in a quick run 2 or 3 miles; I'll be happy with that:cool:

I forgot to post yesterday so, I did Crossfire 55 min, max hr 163, 434 calories(very low for this and I didscovered it is my strap and not the monitor) I then did Crossfire Core with a different strap 9 min, 50 calories. I finished off with Shiva Rea's More Daily Energy 21 min, 75 calories. Total time was 85 min and calories burned 559.
Today I did P90X2 week 3 PAP Lower, 61 min, 364 calories followed by P90X2 Yoga 66 min, 209 calories. Total time was 2 hr 7 min, and calories burned was 573. I used the strap that has what seems to be more accurate readings with what I feel and Cathe's woorkout manager has. It is not even the transmitter it is the soft strap itself. I am kind of bummed though because the newer strap fits better because I bought it in a small. The transmitter snaps on either strap.
This was my last PAP Lower workout. I am moving on after a break next week to Body Beast workouts. Tomorrow will be PAP upper and I will see what else I have time for as we are having people from DH work come for dinner. Lots of prep to do.

Teddy, we had a very short rain yesterday. I watered and went to bed and forgot to turn it off. Can't wait to see my bill. I probably watered enough to fill up a pool:eek: I have got some nice results from P90X2 but I am having a hard time not losing too much weight lately. But then I have been adding to the workouts so that is probably not helping to keep the weight on. Hope you get to run.

Roselyn, nice work.

Happy Saturday:)

This morn, I did 4DS all upper and MIS abs and went for a 4 mile walk. Have a wonderful day all:rolleyes: Today I decided to do yet another cook out for my family. I'll check back later.

This morning I did my last P90X2 workout. I did PAP upper, 51 min, 244 calories burned. I then did Low Impact Series Total Body Trisets Total Body Express premix, 49 min 281 calories. Total time 1 hr 40 min, calories burned 525. DH put together my new Schwin Spin bike. Now I can do Cycle Max:D Guests coming for barbecue. I have to pack this evening to leave for a few days.

Teddy, enjoy your family.

Roselyn, have a nice weekend.
