This morning I did Cycle MAx
I really liked it. TIme was 58 min, calories burned 455(pretty close to what the bike said),12.3 miles Max hr 161. I then did Yoga Relax express premix #1 28 min, 70 calories. I thought maybe I would need more stretching. I was tightening the resistance a lot at first and by the time I was half way through I was doing it a little less. I bet my legs are sore later
Total time was 87 min and calories burned 525.
