Today was cardio and I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe last week and got some supplements that I probably shouldn't have bought. I bought effervescent tablets you put in water to give your body electrolytes when you run. I drank half of it before I started my workout and then drank the rest during the workout. My HR has been high the last few times I've done cardio and the lady at the VS said this should help. It seemed to have helped. I felt like I could go on forever. Maybe it was all in my head, but whatever. I felt great while doing this workout.

6 minutes below zone
17 minutes in zone
39 minutes above zone

I also bought Glutamine powder to help my muscles recover from my workouts. I hope that helps with the soreness. I never understood why I was always so sore after every one of my workouts. You would think after all these years of working out, my muscles wouldn't get as sore anymore. Even with these once a week total body workouts, my body is sore for days afterwards. I'm hoping this will help. We shall see. $71 dollars later, I better get some results.
