June already! Wow, where does the time go?

Today was cardio and I did a Cardio Coach mix I made up. Had an ok workout, Monday's usually aren't my best workouts. Not bad, though.

I decided to do a Total Body workout today and some cardio. I will probably only get in 2 more workouts before we leave on vacation. So, I did Les Mills Pump Revolution and added on the squat challenge 110 reps 35# barbell, and 60 calf raises with 25's. I did Combat Power Kata for cardio. Total time was 1 hr 47 min and calories burned 661. I will start back into the Beast workouts when I return from vacation. Really there is tons of things going on for me till around the 4th of July.
 
Yep, here it is. Maybe I posted on the wrong thread but I only worked out once this week so far - twice counting today...

I wanted to do Push/Pull today but my electric went out yesterday for some odd reason and my TV/DVD player needs to be setup again and I don't know how to do it. It's an old TV and I don't even think I have the remote for it. I'll have to wait until Gene gets home and ask him how to fix it. Anyways, I just winged it and did my own Push/Pull. Had an ok workout, didn't really feel much like working out as it was. Almost went back to bed!
 
No workout today. I drove home from Oklahoma City this morning after the storms let up. I have had a terrible headache and that neck pain since 3 this morning. Right now I am just trying to get some things together before we leave on Friday for our vacation. I will do a workout the next two mornings though.

Debbie, at least you got something in. I hate having to go find manuals and try to figure out how to set things back up. I forget when I haven't had to do it for a long time. Our power goes out a lot in Oklahoma though so that is something that has to be done quite a bit.
 
Today was cardio and I chose one of my Cardio Coach mixes. I'm going to make up a few new ones because these are getting stale. But I had a puke status workout. Had to cut it short by 2 sprints due to time, but I still got an hour in and had a great workout.

Diane Sue - I hate when that happens, I still don't have it fixed. I'll do yoga tomorrow and will probably have to do it in my living room. That's ok, though. Have any of those horrible tornados hit your area? The devastation there must be so sureal.
 
Today I did Xtrain Super Cuts Extreme mix with core1, 71 min, 508 calories. I then did Xtrain Bis and Tris mix rnds 1-7 no warm up, 31 min, 160 calories. I finished off with the squat challenge that I should have done yesterday. It was supposed to be 130 reps but I did 150 using a 35# barbell. Total time was 1 hr 47 min and calories burned 714. Got to pack to leave on vacation tomorrow.

Debbie, we have been lucky that the tornados did not hit our city. They were around the area my children live but they were missed. They all just finished getting hail damage repairs done to their homes.
 
Today I neded to do some yoga, my muscles are tight everywhere again. I chose Cathe's Yoga Relax and it really felt nice doing it. My muscles feel better now. It's amazing how tight they get in just such a short amount of time.

Diane Sue - I'm glad to know you and your family has been safe by the tornados. The devastation there must be incredible.

Roselyn - Where are you?
 
I am here!! Today I did legs and back and ab ripper X. Glad to hear your muscles feeling better.

We had my parent's 50th wedding party last weekend now getting ready for my son's High School graduation on the 23rd, busy summer already. By the time that comes he will be leaving Aug 16 for college:( Gonna be some tears shed.
 
I am on vacation. We are visiting my Dad right now. Yesterday I did 135 reps squat challenge with 15# dumbbells. Today I did 140 reps with tubing. That is it for now. We will head out and go toward Michigan Monday.
