9 minutes below zone
19 minutes in zone
24 minutes above zone
408 calories burned
2.5 miles traveled

Combat 60 Extreme Cardio Fighter and Xtrain burn sets chest and back.

Thanks for the new rotation post, Diane Sue.

Debbie, how are things with your mom?

Hey Guys, ;)

Hey guys, I had a fabulous weekend:rolleyes: Saturday late afternoon I decided I want to take my grandbabies to Chucky Cheese so I picked up 5 and off to Chucky Cheese, never go on a Saturday; we waited over 30 minutes, but it was worth the wait. I ended up keeping them till Sunday:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:You talking about being tired, I was whipped, EEK they were a handful. So I was not able to workout Sunday.

Saturday I did CC#3, awesome!! I had this workout for longtime and never pushed play, duh. This morning, I did a 20 minute treadmill HiiT. That's it. Tonight, sleep....sleep....sleep.... see you guys tomorrow.

Today's workout was Les Mills Combat Extreme Cardio Fighter, 53 min, 405 cal.. I then did X Train chest and back 28 min, 163 cal.. This was 81 min.. 568 calories. I then added an 18 min. segment from Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow. I can't remember the calorie burn without going upstairs for my log.

Roselyn, I finished the 9 week rotation with Combat. I decided to add it into my rotation a little longer since I really do like it.

Teddy, grandchildren can be so much fun, but they do wear you out. Never a dull moment when they are around :D

Debbie, I know, some mornings it is just hard to get that motivation to get moving. Nice work.

Today was cardio and I chose Yoga Max by Cathe. BORING. Getting tired of my workout rotation. I want to lift weights. My kitties kept it fun for me, though!

Diane Sue - My mom is doing good, just waiting for her surgery. Pre-op is next week.

Oh, by the way, I'm getting x-rays taken on April 1st to see what's going on with my shoulder issues. They are going to do a spinal series x-ray. I don't think it's a bone related, but we have to start somewhere. And you never know, maybe a bone is putting pressure on the muscle or something. So anyways, it's after my mom's surgery. I wish I could have made the appointment earlier, but I can't take any more days off from work. I hope they can figure out what this problem is.

Afternoon ;)

This morning I did CC#3 this workout is really growing on me. Than STS legs.

Has anyone ever heard of Spartacus workouts by Rachel? I just got an email to try the hardest workouts ever; yeah right for 21 days it is a 2 disc DVD.

Debbie: glad to hear your mother is doing better:)

I finally finished my workout. Not feeling really good and I pushed myself through it. I have the sinus, achey crud this morning. I hope to get it cleared up quickly!!!
I started with Les Mills Combat Lower Body lean out, 29 min, 209 calories, I then did X Train Cardio Leg Blast Premix rnds 7-12, Burn Sets biceps, 50 min, 386 calories. I followed with 100 rep Hip thrusts, 6 min, 29 cal.. I had to drop the weight to 35# I almost stopped at this point but really wanted to do the whole planned workout. I finished with X Train Core #1. Total time was 95 min and calories burned 674.

Roselyn, I see you did Core 2. I almost did that one because it is on the same dvd but, I scheduled it in on the day I have the Tabata premix because the one I chose has it in it. Really to me they are similar in length and content. I think I like Core 2 better.

Teddy, I have heard of the Spartacus workouts but have not tried any of them.

Debbie, I am glad that you have that appointment. You need to find out what it is so you can take care of it.

Debbie: Hope you feel better. Your workouts are da-bomb love how you put them together ^5, nice work:) I just noticed you and Rose did the same workout. Okay am I missing something he...he..

Diane Sue,

I just did core 2 because it followed so guess i will do core 1 with the tabata premix.

Debbie, so glad you are getting your shoulder looked at.

Teddy, yes I am following Diane Sue's rotations right now, I am being an exercise rotation stalker!! But I love the way she puts them together.

Finshed with Yoga Shatki shoulder openers and lunge segment 12 min, 44 calories. Total time 97 min ansd calories burned 649.

Debbie, way to go on improving your running :D

Roselyn, Core 1 would work well with the one with tabata since it is on the same disc ;)
